Am I missing something? Those are mushrooms right? What does that have to do with taking a shit?
No clue, BUT, he's back to eating takeout food.

Goat is great in vindaloo.
It is, the local restaurant also has a biryani with goat that I really like. A good mulligatawny is a nice side but it's Anglo-Indian and not common on a lot of menus.

My favorite appetizer/side is ordering some mixed pickles and putting them on naan.

Any insurer giving Jack a life policy while there are videos of him killing himself with food shortly after a medical emergency is negligent and deserves to be fleeced.
Qarolyn is an insurance agent (late response, I know), but remember that Jack and Tammy had taken an insurance licensing exam a few years ago. It’s my schizo theory she had them take the exams during when Tammy lost her job to funnel PPP money to them to survive. I tried checking the PPP database under various names but cannot find any evidence as such. I know there were loan other types that could be applied for and forgiven as well. (Not necessarily in a searchable database, however)

Why would Tammy choose goat meat? I don't dislike goat, but it's a very boney meat and if not cooked/prepared properly, it can be a very unpleasant culinary experience. I remember having goat curry a few times as a kid and nearly choking from the ton of bone marrows in it. Lamb is a much better choice since it's delicious like beef yet more lean and healthy. In Anglo-Indian cuisine, lamb goes really well in Jalfrezi and Rogan josh curries and minced lamb is also great in samosas. You'll be hard-pressed to find an Indian restaurant without any lamb dishes here in the UK. However, I don't imagine there's a big Indian/Southern Asian immigrant in the US like the UK and I doubt Americans really consume much lamb either.

P.S. It isn't "garlic bread" Jack, it's called Naan you uncultured swine.
Tammy got the “Chicken Mika Tika Tasala” and Jack got the goat and she tried the goat off of his plate but I feel like they shared plates.

That is a hospital dinner tray rolling cart that his smuggled side dish is shown on. Jagoff is still in the hospital.

Edit: some words/clarification. Sometimes I’m not able to post at all or react so I get frustrated and wait a few days until it works again :-/

I'm cracking up listening to fat fuck and his brother talk about food choices.

Food choices like "Do I want one Double Double or two? Better make it three and measure the ingredients just to make sure they're not cheating me." Why do I have a feeling Jack's gonna restart his burger wars for this?

If Jack is talking about needing to poop, it probably means he's on heavy duty painkillers which will make you constipated. So he's still in ICU on intense pain medication, I am guessing Jack has most likely had heart surgery. Maybe a couple of stents placed in, some kind of bypass procedure, you can go up through a vein in the leg/crotch for those. I think if it was open heart surgery then he'd not be able to post to social media so soon.

This is clearly on a hospital bedside table/tray. Here's a sample pic for reference, though Jack's looks multileveled.

I agree: that's definitely an overbed table. Your photo is also of a multi-level table; either the top slides or a hidden leaf slides out of the top, to change the elevation and provide a surface a tray can fit on without making the patient move their things.

That red terry-looking item could be a balled-up Fall Risk sock.

Jack could just be making a poop joke; he wasn't very clear and that's about his level of sophistication.

Isn't Jack's diet meat and cheese, with occasional binges on sugar alcohols? Constipation is not unknown to him. However, as soon as you're admitted to a hospital, your bowel date is recorded. The nursing staff is going to start their routine measures if it's looking like hasn't/isn't going to poop at least every three days--or if his imaging showed an incidental finding of a high stool burden.

Assuming he's in for an MI, Jack's not going to be on a huge amount of pain medication. He'll have that initial morphine for chest pain, and likely oral medication as needed for post-op pain if appropriate, but the point of any percutaneous interventions is to fix the root cause of the chest pain. (If he was only stented, that tiny access point is not going to get much sympathy from the prescriber.)

Then again, we don't know what Jack was taking at home; he could have had a daily Norco regimen going on that he never mentioned after his ortho surgeries or general wear and tear on his body.

Plenty of open hearts are fine to dick around on their phones once they're out of Recovery and back on the unit. They might have a hard time finding a comfortable position, and will probably do some drunk posting, but it's not improbable.
