Looks like the bleeding has kind of stopped. At least there wasn't any mayor drop in the last hours.

After 4 days of Keffals bleeding followers, I've noticed that his daily follower losses very nicely (R^2 = 0.9719, unbelievable!) follow the exponential distribution.
