The first part of that might be true but no one "projected" a viewpoint on him, he fucking posed as a Church going Conservative Christian, theres fucking documented footage of him making statements to that effect, no one just imagined that image and put it on him out of nowhere, they went off what he made himself out to be, so he fucking LIED so he could e-beg money out of his audience, and then when he thought he had enough money he could just go mask off and the tard bucks would keep rolling in he basically told the audience that got him where he was to fuck off so he could flirt with old slags and take poppers at gay bars.
Now he's all bitter and angry because he's a spoiled asshole and he resents his audience expecting him to make the content they subscribed to him for.
He's such a lying piece of shit lmfao :story:
I've got as much contempt for him as the Gunt at this point.
At least the Gunt never pretended to be anything other than a White trash trailer park piece of shit.
I gotta say though an angry drunk arc is gotta be more fun than watching a cringe 40 year old coomer, if he goes full Leaving Las Vegas and dives into the alcoholism head on and starts banging speedballs and getting into car crashes and bar fights I'll resubscribe just to watch the trainwreck.
Crazy that he lies so freely when streams of him literally saying and doing otherwise exist.

This was brought up before, I think the conclusion was because he doesn't care about his old audience, and his new audience of wine moms and sycophants weren't around and will eat up anything he says, or they get struggle sessioned and purity excluded for wrongthink.
Of course when we have the archives it just proves him a liar, but if anyone brings it up he'll just say it's incel prudes taking him out of context or some shit.
Odious fucking drunken toad.

A decent chunk of self-described libertarians are paleo-libertarians
Personally, I'd never identify myself as libertarian or any other political party since there's always something I disagree with. But I think the most visible "libertarians" are the retards.
he'll just say it's incel prudes taking him out of context or some shit.
Nick's claiming he didn't really hate the trial, he wanted it to go faster (sunken cost fallacy). Also right now while I'm writing, he's no longer shitting on Biden as he used to (2020 election videos anyone???),
If you like, sort of central planning, state controlled economy aspects, then you're gonna like what Joe Biden is doing" [...] I can't hate on the man for what he is [...] You end up getting mad a this, there's nothing you can do until the next election. Just hope that your vote matters

Yes, he literally went off on a rant about how giving birth to his children completely destroyed his wife's body.

That's the level of piece of shit he is operating on.
I want to state for the record that yesterday, while I was sperging about not finding late term pregnant women attractive, I was not considering that in the context of defending Rekieta on that narrow point, he also had criticized his wife’s post pregnancy body to his audience.

Your wife is supposed to be your partner in all things.

Her body isn't even that bad for a woman who has had five crotch goblins in a comparatively short span of time. I don't know why he's even bitching. He should be glad she didn't gain 150 lbs.

I'm convinced he has no personality, he just creates an image based on whoever he's trying to please.

Muh society. Nick is a lazy spoiled manchild going through a midlife crisis. He'd probably be fine if he joined a beer league softball team to get away from the wife a kids or made restoring a classic car "Dad time" where he isn't supposed to be interrupted. Instead he's a substance abusing degen. The timer to him getting a mistress he falls for and jeopardizes his marriage with is ticking. Finding some young thing who reminds him of his wife when she was young or who he wishes she was is more in line with what guys like him do instead of going on more fishing trips.
Nick is so lazy and scared of hard work he'd shy away from building a Lego Technic set. Expecting something complex as car restoration is just fantasy - and not the kind of fantasy Nick likes.

He should be glad she's fucking still with him. She gave him five kids, and he's fucking bitching that she isn't a perfect 10 after that? What the fuck is wrong with this guy?

The latter more than likely. A decent chunk of self-described libertarians are paleo-libertarians (or close enough to them to be lumped together) who have actual strong conservative values and just hate the state. The ideology is just really enticing to those who also want to engage in absolute degen shit and want a political philosphy that they can hide behind and not feel like degens
And the former group was just looking for a safe and polite way to resist the Civil Rights regime to begin with. Which is what began a lot of state interference in people’s personal affairs.

I mean it obviously happened before but it was more limited in scope. More about seizing contraband materials that should not have been illegal, less about regulating what people must do in the name of social justice.

With experience in a tight knit legal community, I feel confident saying Nick’s reputation is probably trash. Lawyers and judges talk so much shit on each other. It’s common to gossip like “he’s going through a rough divorce right now” or “that woman is a badge bunny, her last three boyfriends were cops”. My husband showed me a video of a PD on tiktok talking about how she used to be a stripper and prostitute and something something feminism, the entire DA’s office call her “Mexican Elvira” now. I would put a dollar on Nick’s colleagues mentioning his blatant alcoholism and weird sex stuff to each other and it being at the front of their mind when dealing with him. It appears he started a strip mall practice straight out of law school. Most good lawyers join a firm or the DA or PD’s office for a couple years to gain experience before going out on their own. Has this clown even gone to trial? Ever? Does he have any clients at all? It’s strange to run a brick and mortar store with a secretary when your “firm” only employs you. Most green lawyers who he might hire would duck out pretty quickly when they realized he didn’t have any experience to mentor them with. It’s embarrassing he’s considered an attorney at all

So the next question after the happy ending massage slip up yesterday is whether our wife was aware
It was weird I figured with all the booze he had whiskey dick.

Also I m gonna assume nick has a weasle definition of cheating.

Fuck I remember in college some girl saying "eating (oral) isnt cheating" I think its rooted in that sex is fundamentally penetrative.

Clinton's "I did not have sexual relations with that woman" comes to mind.

Holy shitfuck, an actual clueless drive-by. Or someone presenting as such? Eh, who cares.

Most people don't remember how he perjury-proofed his statements by getting the judge to qualify the definition of "sexual relations" to exclude ramming his dick down her throat. That's why he didn't get prosecuted for perjury.

He did get his license suspended under Rule 8.4. I forget exactly which part. But probably this.

(c) engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation;

(d) engage in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice;

I.e. he was found by the Supreme Court to be an embarrassment to the profession.

No that's what I'm saying, that definition was deliberately warped. Pretty sure if you're having sex with someone else other than your SO it's cheating. But that's like the whole "It's not sex if it's anal" bullshit.

Also, I'm watching the Murdaugh trial, I'm so confused. So instead of sending a subpoena, the FBI just "decides" to write their own parser for onstar's logs? The fuck? If I was the defense I would be absolutely shredding the guy on cross asking why they didn't just get a subpoena for a double murder case!
Edit: The format looks familiar but I can't say for certain!?
Edit 2: The fuck is the point of the testimony? The only thing that they've shown is that the infotainment system was turned on and the car may have turned out of park. How is this relevant to the case?

A few events to consider:

1) He took the case of someone almost universally despised in the local community. The wife (of a gay minister) who stole a whole lot of money from a bunch of companies in the area. Her defense was that she was trying to save her marriage (to the gay guy) by stealing and spending the money.
2) He talked back to and (IMO) disrespected the judge at the end of that case. It was a really bad thing to do because that judge is now handling his defamation case. Its a rural area without that many judges to begin with and creating problems with any of them was a really bad idea.
3) He has heat over his license. That gets around too.
4) The attorney on the other side of his defamation case is a well-known figure in the area with a good reputation and he went out of his way to take the case, to disrespect Nick and be a total dick to Nick legally. To me that means alot and none of it good for Nick.

From what I remember, he worked out of his house when he was really practicing law. The tin shed at the strip mall came later and ironically I think was set up after his practice had fallen off to (seemingly) the minimum necessary to keep his license.

Its possible to look him up and see the cases he has done. He was somewhat active from 2015-2018 in a whole bunch of random and (IMO) minor stuff. There are people who have claimed in that past that he was doing all sorts of things in the law (like wills and trusts) that don't show up when you look him up. But never anything to prove that out.

He knows what he was taught in school, but my view of him back to 2018 is that he has gaps in his knowledge from a lack of experience in day to day work. From the start, I've never liked the fact that he pretends to have much more experience and knowledge than he actually has. The most recent example being his rant on juries about which he doesn't really know anything at all.

To be fair to him on that, you have a right to counsel (If Nick's was a effective I don't think we need to guess much), and that should extend to even the most heinous crimes. Shouldn't dock a lawyer for representing someone as a defendant. Maybe if they're filing frivolous suits in civil court.

That might have been a move to assure himself that everything was fine. “See, I’m opening an office, business is good”. It’s usually a waste of money if you don’t have multiple lawyers in your firm. You just need a room to hold your desk and files. Most lawyers I know who are in business independently either work from home or share an office with other attorneys if they see clients often. Most of your work is done in court and most of your work with your client is done in jail visits or over the phone. He seems to do car accidents and civil suits mostly. Since Nick seems to have stopped practicing, I wonder if he’s going to renew his business license or just let it fold.
