Attorneys have one of the highest rates of substance abuse among professionals.
I think that is a stat is padded out by practicing attorneys, Nick is more like the Hollywood whores and fags in that it's more for hedonistic delight. I always thought the attorney substance abuse came from the shit they saw practicing though I could be wrong and it could just be because they have the money to blow.

I thought he was playing with fire with some hope to pull out during the coomer shit, but now I think you're right. Dude has the three main ingredients for a truly magnificent fall, and they've all become too established for him to save himself.

1.A degenerative problem that's only going to get worse.
2.A reflex to dismiss good advise.
3.Ball fondlers to assure him he's doing nothing wrong.

The Ethan Oliver Rekeita Arc has begun, and with any luck it's gonna be great.
I believe he's it's no longer a down turn and can pull-up, but he's now in a death roll. The Chris-Chan demon is like a Alligator and will drag you screaming into the water and then leave you half alive so you start to fester. .

We really need to deepfake Ralph and Rekieta together.

Are all lawyers just angry drunk retards? I can't believe we have these people actually represent clients, let alone are treated like respected members of society.
Yes, also angry drunk retards are the kind of people you want in front of a judge who is likely almost as angry, more drunk, and more retarded.

He really hated the jury analysis too, right? He never wanted to hear about it, he's always hated it, he's always thought it was bullshit, and worthless, and garbage, and pointless, and had so much contempt for it that he couldn't stop himself from throwing a shitfit over it... Now, let's look back at the Depp trial real quick. (Feel free to clip if you want, I'm being lazy on this one.)

Hey, that's weird. He's "really curious" about how the jurors are reacting. He's got questions about how the jury has been behaving, things that he's been wondering about. Almost as if he has some sort of interest in DUI Guy's jury analysis. Eh, that can't be right though. I guess I must be twisting everything again and taking it out of context. He'd never lie or pretend to be something he's not.

At least he upheld that bit about doing stupid shit.
Good find. Hopefully Elissa sees this one.

I'm surprised Rekieta got as much attention as he did from the Depp trial because even the pro-Depp people are probably liberals who aren't down for his political rants. Emily keeps things on topic.
Baker easily beat him during Depp. I don't know if I'd call it a roflstomp, but she consistently had significantly more viewers than he did.

Emily does quick hits for Court TV. She used to live in LA, so she has some connections (can explain celeb filings, probably knows some producers), but I think she now lives in Tennessee, so she has the best of both worlds. Personally I just think she's an easy choice for women interested in trials, she's got girly thumbnails and covers everything from murder to lolsuits in a neutral way that's not overly woke or overly edgy. He's going to demand a loyalty kiss like LB at her wedding. Which is why the rest of Lawtube isn't coming!

He tried to play it off like it was something SHE said about her own body and he helped her regain her confidence (by going to gay bars). But like the most recent rant, there was way too much real venom for him to just be relaying her own insecurities.

I'm a few days behind, but the case is presented very confusingly so far. They get into the weeds before they've established why they matter. I think just placing him on the site via the Snapchat video and knowing he lied is the most damning thing so far. The rest of it is kind of like ... OK, and?
Even if he was presenting the comments about Kayla’s body as how she saw herself & was insecure about it, that doesn’t make it much better. What husband reveals his wife’s personal vulnerabilities to the whole internet?! However, I agree that the way he said it, & with such venom, definitely conveyed that the problem is with him. If Kayla is feeling insecure I don’t doubt that Nick probably had a hand in that. He’s likely unthinkingly blurts out hurtful remarks or makes insensitive “jokes” to her in private.

I recall a stream not too long ago where Nick & I forget which guest were discussing the best path in life for women & Nick recommended the whole trad thing. He said basically women should find a man who will gladly support her & their offspring, & held himself & his family out as a model. He said why wouldn’t a woman seek that kind of situation, then she would never have to work a day in her life. He really thinks he has it rough, and doesn’t see raising children, educating them, scheduling their medical appts, keeping up a house, cleaning, organizing, decorating, shopping for the family, managing everyone’s social calendar, etc etc etc, not to mention staying in shape & looking great after 5 kids (actually 8 pregnancies with 5 live births), to be “work”. Whatever has been said about Kayla in this thread has mostly been fair criticism, but damn, the way Nick was so dismissive of not just his own wife but all women who raise families, really struck me, esp considering that he can’t be bothered to do the bare minimum when it comes to his “job” anymore & seems to put fuck all effort into anything family related.

I’ve never really watched Emily Baker but have started to recently for this Murdoch trial & she’s surprised me by how enjoyable she is. Nothing like “old Nick” content, but she explains what’s happening & what it means, stays on topic & is highly engaged with the chat while somehow not making it intrusive to the overall commentary. It’s not the anything goes type of show or chat that Nick has, there is a no name calling or shit talking in chat rule for example, but eh, it’s fine bc there are other places people can do that. For background trial coverage, she’s decent. She’s prepared with background info & pulls up relevant documents when needed for reference. During the many boring parts or trial lulls she stays upbeat & answers questions from chat instead of bitching & moaning like Nick. Nick & some of his orbiters have been awfully salty towards Emily in recent months & it’s really off putting. She was the first to go to bat for Nick when he got banned off YT & contrary to what some on YT imply, she didn’t come up in popularity through Nick, unlike many others. She’s always done her own thing & has done well for herself. Oh & she’s not a drunk & I know nothing of her life besides she has two boys & a doctor husband. Kinda refreshing.

No that's what I'm saying, that definition was deliberately warped. Pretty sure if you're having sex with someone else other than your SO it's cheating. But that's like the whole "It's not sex if it's anal" bullshit.
I'm pretty sure we're agreeing with each other that most normal human beings would consider ramming their wangs down some bitch's throat and ejaculating into her esophagus to be "sexual relations." It's just Bill Clinton managed to trick a judge into defining "sexual relations" in such a way that he could say he didn't have sexual relations with that woman and not get convicted of perjury.

The demographics were on her side. Most of the viewers for the trial were women who felt betrayed that Amber lied. They would have probably naturally gravitated toward Emily as an open-minded female lawyer, and even though Legal Bytes did well too, if you just wanted to watch one commentator, Emily was that neutral outlet that didn't make people feel like it was a political issue where they had to team up with conservatives or anything to weigh the evidence.

It seems like the case lifted all boats, but Emily's been the most consistent since then, with other accounts dissolving into drama and jealousy.

Did anyone notice that DUI Guy went on a tangent about women having amazing intuition and that he has female intuition by rare genetic lottery? He could have just said he's watched a ton of juries and left it at that. Once again, I am forced on team no one.

That's what disgusted me too. It reminds me of Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell, whose marriage sounds absolutely miserable because they insist on releasing all the "raw" "frustrating" details of their marriage to the world in the name of being honest/real. But it's just being kind of cruel to each other in front of everyone and then acting like you're both cool with that.

She also calls out her chat nicely to keep THEM on topic. If someone starts joking about something she's not comfortable with or starts being hateful toward anyone in court, she'll shut it down and explain why she doesn't allow it on her streams. She knows the boundaries and enforces them.

My mom was looking for coverage of the trial and asked me to get back to the one i told her about during Rittenhouse. Instead i got her watching Emily and she really likes her. Don't have to live in fear my mom is going to call me saying the guy i recommended is talking about perverted things.

Also she's kind of a qt3.14.
For me, he's past the point of being able to pull up from the spiral, and I'll be laughing at him all the way down.
He's a drugged out faggot, he chose to be a faggot, and he is gagging on cocks. This was his decision.

"Sweetie, you know that internet man you recommended? Well, I tuned in and he's been going on about how upset he is that his parents never included him in their sex life. ... Is there something that you need to tell me?"

And we thank him for his sacrifice. The harvest will continue to be bountiful.

I switched from Nick to Emily during Depp too. Maybe it's the woman thing, maybe it's the celebrity thing, but over all I think I just felt less (as in zero) second hand embarassment when I watched Emily, but often did watching Nick.

Also she doesn't sperg even when drunk, and her insight was more precise.

Men and women are different, and there are joys and sorrows in life that are unique to the sexes. Losing three babies and dealing with body image issues are largely a feminine experience, one that he’s dragging into the public’s eye in a venomous and clownishly hamfisted way. Kayla might be on her drug cocktail to quell these very issues, and here comes Nick to harp on how DEESTROYEED her body is, like her body is all that matters after growing 8 babies and raising 5. Like her pain and personal insecurities are so run-of-the-mill as to be dismissed as a common denominator and used as some nebulous example on her husband’s daily publicized drunk rant.
Every day Nick livestreams his evening getting drunk with his fake internet friends. Does he have dinner with his kids? Ask them about their day? Ask Kayla about her woes and joys? Does he put his children to bed, tuck them in, get them water and read them a story? Once they’re asleep, does he spend a few hours with his wife, watching a movie or talking or giving a massage or having natural, vanilla sex with the woman he’s built his life with? No. He sits down at his computer, already half in the bag, to look at some leathery wine mom tits and rage and pretend he’s an attorney. What I described above should be a normal family man’s 5/7 days of the week. No wonder Kayla is acting out, her man barely feigns interest in her and their life, so of course with no direction she figured acting like a porn slut might attract his attention. They’re headed for divorce very soon if he can’t pull up.

the way Nick was so dismissive of not just his own wife but all women who raise families

He’s dismissing women’s work because he’s been spoiled. His mom was probably a good mother, committed Christian, and loving wife. Kayla easily and willingly fell into the role of baby machine doting concubine. He’s never seen or known anything else. He begrudgingly had to step up to the plate to support his family, after being spoiled by his family who supported his first two or three nicklets. He literally doesn’t understand how hard you have to grind to live. His shit work ethic shows this. The money wil dry up and once it does maybe Nick will dry up, out of necessity. Probably not though. You can be an alcoholic for a measly $10 a day.

Imagine raising a family and suddenly hit 40, realize that this sucks and I don't care. Debase your family with genuine disgust on live streams. Wreck all the good will you built and fly off the handle in a drunken fit because your catered, cushy life suddenly isn't good enough and that woman you married isn't a hot, fresh 20 something anymore. What a fucking retard.

Watching Nick's meltdown over his hugbox and grift going away because of his own stupid actions is highly entertaining. If Ralph doesn't bite it this year Nick keeps falling he might quickly become top contender for Cow of the Year. There isn't really any hope for pulling up at this point.

After catching up I have come to a single conclusion.

There is no pulling up, the G forces have put our lolyer asleep at the stick. There is no pulling up for him now, the wings are clipping the tops off trees and the last thing recorded on the black box is him asking the stewardess for another drink.

The crash is inevitable, brace for impact.

Cross posting from the Gunt Board.
This is the demon monkey riding Rekietas back now.
It may do funny shit, but think about how Chris's story ended, think about the broken mess that is Ralph.
This clown has teeth and it feeds on suffering.

Less than that if he's determined not to quit, there's always cooking sherry, or mouthwash.
You think I'm joking?

Well, doubtlessly Nick has reached the end of the “rise” part of the cycle that Jim (metokur) so often spoke of, and Josh was right saying that it’s frustrating he doesn’t want to “pull up” and he could’ve kept going..

But come on. He’s not in the same league as Ralph at all. Zero broken orbitals, zero moves to Mexico, zero cancellations from major platforms, zero horses.
