That's probably the kind of weapon they want in their arsenal but this guy has played it smart and kept quiet. The fact they want to try a "hostile work environment" complaint is because they've got nothing to nail him on. Those types of complaints are extremely weak unless you have documented evidence, more common in genuine cases of workplace hostility is the person quits and then brings a lawsuit for constructive discharge.
Kind of reminds me of how the media tore up Mike Pence for having the audacity to say that he would never be in an unprofessional setting with a woman without his wife present. And of course, bitches went wild.

If God is real he definitely would just create systems that do his work instead of doing every little thing himself. There is nothing science can do to prove God isn't real. Only that certain parts of the bible are either wrong or misinterpreted by the ancient humans that wrote it.

Could you explain the CP trading problem? Are they setting up subs? Are mods trading? Do admins not have a CP hash checker and phone home to the feds when a hash matches like other websites do?
It could also be he's the most attractive man in the office or the only one she hasn't slept with and being denied him is driving her crazy. If she goes to HR she will go calling him an incel and threaten law suits against the work environment situation because of soggy knees and potential shootings. If they work some where pozzed he'll be gone without investigation.
