Mills also got a retraction, something no other accused VA has. My guess is that the guy's civil attorney told him if he'd falsified anything he was fucked.
I've only skimmed her forty-fucking=nine page document so far, but literally told a friend it sounded like fan fiction. Glad its not just me. And her receipts are pretty weak from what I've read so far. Still, don't mind seeing him experience a little direct karma.

I think the retraction was in part to the two other factors I mentioned. He saw that other VAs were going to homoshield Mills, and that he was getting no traction other than some halfhearted articles from ANN. With that, plus a little legal leaning from Mills lawyer, spooked Duncan and made him retract.
In comparison, Vic's lawyers sent out C&Ds and TDMA letters and the defendants used them as toilet paper.

I'm afraid that the other Risembool Ranger mods may kick out Squally for having an account here. Won't they deem her to be problematic? I'm starting to think that some of Vic's fans should establish an Unofficial fan club where the mods don't pass judgement on people so harshly and say they are a danger to group members because they called out KickVic...And rightfully so. It is totally okay to slam them from time to time if they are doing something that is going too far to just not say anything.
That being said, I do know there are some ultra toxic people who are fans of Vic. I know a few in particular. Him and some of his buddies just went on and on about how they wished harm would come to Monica. They were as annoying as BT is about his worship of Monica.

I use KF as a means to share and obtain information. I watch the party, I stopped partaking in it a while back. However if this is a concern, I will bring it up with the team and defer to their council if I should step back from observing or providing fact checks.
Should they agree with you, then my activity on KF will cease.
I appreciate the concern and while fans are allowed to form unofficial groups m, it usually leads to drama and problems that ultimately reflect poorly on vic and the fanclub itself
