You mean few old tanks are a huuuge cost for West or what? Slighty higher prices are losing? From when?
Those are
our tanks. That we, the American taxpayer
paid for; not a single American voted to give away our tanks nor were were asked if we wanted to protect Ukraine's borders to the tune of trillions in dollars instead of
our borders while hundreds of thousands of illegals freely walk into the US. This is not democracy in any way, shape or form.
"Harm on West" is a myth. I was told that we will freeze in Berlin, and guess what - nothing happened.
I doubt you are in Berlin, but even if its true Berlin is not the sole city in the West. A train derailment of chemicals so toxic residents are calling it the American Chernobyl is being suppressed by the media, food prices are increasing by the day and crime is increasing astronomically, making life for most Americans unaffordable and unbearable yet Ukraine is the primary focus and beneficiary of our government's funding and policies.
The American people don't care about what the USSR did fifty years ago, or what Russia did in Chechnya or Georgia 25-15 years ago, and they don't care about Ukraine, a county most can't even find on a map. This is destabilizing the US more than Russia, and the American public is more volatile and angrier than at any time in the past sixty years.
Again, what does the United States gain from expending such an unprecedented, massive amount of materiel and money to Ukraine? Note that I said the US, not any other country or NATO, because the US
is NATO. Does the US gain territory? No, it does not. Does the US gain resources to exploit? The Donbass certainly has resources, as does as the Black and Azov Seas, but those are Russia now, and areas like Kharkov, Potalva and Zaporizhzhia are either under or coming under Russian control. Russia has not attacked anyone other than Ukraine, but the US has been seeking to destroy Russia and its economy, most recently by destroying the Nordstream pipeline.
This is not even ideological, as Russia is capitalist and Christian, unless you claim Globohomo is an ideology; if so. the majority of Americans are pushing back against troons, gay "pride", "diversity" and BLM revisionism and wokeism. So if the US gains nothing other than appeasing its oligarch's hurt feelings, I really can't see why we should continue down this path.
