"Mamabicho Records" don't appear to have a website or any social media presence. The only thing I can find in English is yelp reviews for a rental music studio in Los Angeles. If this is them, it seems like producing a song about cutting one's dick off to be a woman doesn't align with their "principals of fairness and equality."



The building looks a lot like it used to be a strip club. They don't have any signage out front except security stuff. It looks like a shitty neighborhood zoomed out with people's properties piled up with cars that don't look like they've move in a while.


If I had to guess, it's a very small startup studio where bands that will never make it can rent studio space to record. They probably offer services like mastering and post production as well. These places are literally a dime-a-dozen in major cities. Most of the time it's a couple failed musicians and a guy that knows how to run a mixing board trying to recoup equipment costs. I've know a couple people that owned records labels of this caliber and none of them have ever made enough to quit their day jobs.
