aside from things like tools and possibly guns you're probably correct. i remembered he had a moxfield account, it's a site where you can upload your decklists. the deck he's talking about in that tweet is here. he's conveniently chosen to input the actual versions of each card he owns (foil/nonfoil, which printing, etc) so you can see the actual price for that deck is just barely under $1k.
but wait! that's only one of the decks he has listed: here are the rest. 10 decks listed, the cheapest being just over $600 and the most expensive being over $1600. the pillow fort one is a 60 card kitchen table deck and doesn't count, even then it's still $200. even if you make the assumption that he only owns one copy of each card and is sharing them between decks, this is still easily multiple thousands of dollars worth of cardboard

I love how he's purposefully buying every card solo to have the ultimate meta decklist (that he's probably googled) when he lives on the tranch, never goes to events and might play casually with Jen (although he's never mentioned it).

I really don't see the fun in constructing the best deck you can Google by buying the cards in singles, unless you're a heavy tournament player, and even then it's a bit soulless

By the way, I’m probably super late on this, but I just noticed today that Kevin isn’t following Neck or Wedge, and they’re not following him either. I’m assuming a breakup happened between the two of them and Kevin.
