I made a more generalized chart of trans women's needs:

Seething is a basic need made for all trans women. If you cannot seethe at the patriarchy or real cis men and women, you aren't living.
Dilating (mispelled, my apologies) is a basic need for post surgery troons. This keeps their body from closing up, a physical basic need.
Cope is both tiers of psychological value. Coping is important in both normal and abnormal psychology, but for trans women it is needed twice as much thanks to coping with rampant transphobia, subtle transphobia, inner and self hating transphobia they have not unleanred, homophobia, and a capitalist society determined to break them.
Coom is the highest as it gives them a reason for life, reminds them what is best in the world and why "Perverted trans people in my DMs" gives such fulfillment to them.


As you more psychologically knowledgeable kiwis might know, the hierarchy of needs are building blocks. If one tier isn't fulfilled (like basic needs like safety and food aren't met) then higher up needs are unfulfilled (emotional balance is hard when you're hungry and homeless). By being unable to cope, you cannot coom. By being a post surgery troon unable to dilate, you cannot cope. Now the kicker: if you have an amhole to dilate, you are highly likely not to have a sex drive anymore. You cut yourself off from coom. Top tier trans experts are attempting their way around this.
