On Nick's Legal Issues...

Y'all have me distracted here. I've so many other things to post...

BUT...

We all need a level-set on the fact that Nick is STRESSED which, honestly, I was ignoring (the man wants his MANY pathologies to be ours and it's hilarious) until a few smart people (both in and out of his cult) have knit it together for me:

It goes like this...

  1. Nick lives in a blue state
  2. Keffals: Nick has a historic ethics complaint under investigation at the MN Bar Association/Professional Ethics. It's REALLY bothering him that they won't get back to him - he's mentioned it about 5x on streams. They're just ignoring him, apparently.

Nick's been doing mental gymnastics on the fact he thinks that they're paralyzed bc if they try to disbar him they'll be required to release the name of the complainants. (Ummm, why would they care?) If that happens, Nick plans a lawsuit against the MN Bar Association and the complainants which Nick thinks he can take to the Supreme Court. (Elissa, PLEASE find that RANT daring them with all the big dick bullshit.)

Meanwhile, he openly says everyone on that the MN professional ethics ctee are retards bc... Nick, making friends/influencing people.

  3. Montagraph: Sues him IN MINNESOTA WITH A MINNESOTA LAWYER. Monty is not from MN. At first, I was laughing at Montagraph like most were but let's hit pause. Montagraph WAS accused by Nick of being a pedo fairly directly. There's nothing to back that up. Nothing.

  4. Nick hires fucking MARK RENDAZZA: Okay, wtaf? Randazza is not only among the highest-priced First Amendment lawyers around but he's also a former porn producer. (Fun deep dive if any of you want to do it._ ) Nick starts discussing crowdfunding for his case on his streams.

  5. Montagraph's Lawyer Files an Ethics Complaint: Something something about how Nick's handled it. But an ETHICS complaint while Nick is under investigation for Keffals issues? Hmmmmm.

  6. Nick takes off today to deal with the lawsuit.
So, listen... it'll all probably amount to a big NOTHING BURGER. Monty is pretty crazy. But Nick is SCARED and it's hilarious.

AND, maybe the MN Bar/Ethics crowd knows what they're doing. ("I doubt it" but possibly.)

Also, why THE FUCK does Nick care that much about his law license? He's boxed himself into a Rumble/Locals/Lolcow corner with 8 K people watching his lives but with a CONTRACT and can grift off the "former lawyer" of it all.

Thanks for reading if you're still here. xoxo

Keffals: Nick has a historic ethics complaint under investigation at the MN Bar Association/Professional Ethics.

This part is really interesting to me because it's very similar to the Jordan Peterson situation (except that Nick wishes he was at the cultural status level of JP). You have professional licensing boards dangling ethics complaints that aren't related at all to their area of practice without any indication of how they're going to proceed.

Interesting times indeed and I have no sage like abilities here, my guess is as good (or bad) as anyone else.

Back to Nick: on yesterday's trial stream, some Super Chatter brought up the Hennessey GT500 upgrade package, which Nick said was tempting but ultimately too expensive -- apparently, the upgrades costs nearly as much as a the GT500 does. Slow your roll, Nick! You can barely handle the car you bought. If you're into a Mustang for a approximately a quarter of a million dollars, it's time to reassess life. You can get a way cooler car for that outlay, like a 911 Turbo. Regardless, get a handle on the overkill beast you already bought, and then, in a few years when the training wheels are off, you can think about buying something even more retarded.
The Hennessey package was quoted at $60k in 2022. It upgrades the supercharger and the fuel system to get to 1200hp and 902 lb-ft of torque. It seems strictly aimed at dumb guys who think that higher hp alone equals better car.
If he had any taste or sense, there is a whole world of better cars and more interesting driving experiences he could have done rather than buy a mustang. But its probably all just him living out a high school fantasy anyway. I kind of doubt he even enjoys driving.

I suspect Nick has a fantasy about being the new Larry Flynt and taking his career to the next level through some sort of major first amendment case. He wants to LARP the people vs. Larry Flynt. And he wasted alot of money on an attorney to play out that fantasy.
I would imagine he wants some sort of dramatic case involving professional discipline or something else that he can bring into the court system and turn it into years of self-pity streaming.
But I don't think it will happen. He barely practices law to begin with and I would imagine rather than doing anything drastic to him, they are just going to tell him to knock it off. He will get a mean letter in his perminent record and maybe the adult version of detention.
Nick always wants to think of himself as the big libertarian fighting the man, but every time he gets in a position where he could make a real stand or pick a real fight, the chickenshit weasel nerd comes out and he backs down. Yeah. He really believes in drugs......but he only took them while he was outside the united states while his children had an appropriate babysitter. And now with this, rather than just come out like a man and say "I called you a cunt. Its my 1st amendment right. What of it", he falls back into this long legaleze line of stuff about how the bar rules technically allowed him to do it because it was behind a paywall....and stuff.
The worst part of his video was the part where he was trying to present himself as somehow better than Monty or some sort of normal guy compared to Monty. Its pure self-delusion at this point. Its cow vs. cow.

I'm out of the loop, why does everyone hate Nick now? He getting that ego that comes from being internet famous or is it the usual disdain for internet famous folks?
I'm pretty sure there's a way of figuring that out. Have you considered reading the thread instead of being a giant lazy retarded faggot?

Branca sounded like that midget New York Trumpet guy from that old viral video.
Fuck that, that angry midget was right.

So I've got to wonder @Himedall All-seeing Waifu (can't quote for some reason), has this dude ever talked about watching tentacle porn with his family? just curious.
Lmao seizuretards. Hope he's reading this.

There exists a universe where Rekieta went down this path. In his spare time and with his excess money he put real time into understanding all the aspects of what goes into creating the whiskeys he loves and what creates the profiles he most enjoys. He spent his spare time with his wife and kids, but also developing his own ideal whiskey.
I mean, we live in a world where Stone Cold Steve Austin has his own beer (Broken Skull IPA). I'm sure Rekieta could have done this instead of... balldos.

Montagraph takes pictures of nude children. "Tastefully."
From the OP in his thread:
As Morphonios writes, "In 2010, Steve Quest released a video on YouTube in which he wears a checkerboard mask (representing the checkerboard flooring in the lodges of Freemasons) and torments a young woman who is bound and gagged in a shed. In the video, plaintiff is depicted strangling the young woman to death and leaving her corpse on the ground. See EXHIBITS 22-23. This character is known as the “Umbrella Man”. During defendant’s April 6th broadcast, one of the accounts used by plaintiff to harass defendant was “Umbrella Man”. Plaintiff also threatens on Twitter to come to the defendant’s domicile and use a stiff “umbrella” on the defendant. This is a reference to a child snuff film mproduced by the plaintiff entitled, “Little Piggy and the Umbrella Man.” In this sickening video, plaintiff, garbed in his checkerboard mask, torments a young girl with an umbrella as she is bound and crying. The child is forced to wear a pig mask over her face and tears can be seen streaming from her eyes in anticipation of the Umbrella Man sexually assaulting and killing her. See EXHIBITS 24-26. "
I'd say there's more than nothing.

So people should not turn into absolute retards because they don't like Nick any more and pretend that Monty is anything other than the disgusting subhuman he is.

I mean, "meeting a 25-year-old woman when you're 40, then making her your wife" is quite different from "meeting a 23-year-old woman you've known since 13, then making her your submissive servant." I don't really see those as "shared values." Divorced men going for someone younger than themselves is just normal.
I will attempt to clarify (and apologies for the late response). The "shared values" pertains to the age gap among other things, though the expression of those values can take many forms (age ranges and such). Also, divorced men going for someone younger than them being normal as you say just proves the point further about the value being shared by wounded men. Seeing these values expressed anywhere (even here) is of interest to me.

The age gap seems less about sex appeal of younger women and more about security for emotionally crippled men like Drexel and Branca. They are older and have more resources they can use to hold the female in their influence/power lest they make the same mistake twice. It works (to some degree) which is why they do it, but it comes at the cost of their character. Also, even if Branca was taken to the cleaner's in the divorce, he would still have more resources profession-wise at his age to recoup the losses (which he apparently has).

Other shared values are the double-standard for infidelity regarding males and females. Drexel and Branca think nothing of it if men sleep around on their woman, but if a woman isn't loyal, then watch out. Double standards like this contribute to cognitive dissonance. Some people make this look appealing (like some "successful" MGTOW folk) while others make it look creepy (sexual predators) but the shared values are there regardless.

Yeah. Branca has spoken many times about his first wife and how much of a mistake he made marrying her. No way she didn't cheat on him. He says he slept on the couch for literal years until the kids grew up a bit, and then had to give everything up in exchange for custody during the divorce. That sorta shit leaves a mark. The second and current wife was much younger than him (15 years age gap, IIRC), and they met while he was still broke from the divorce. Branca says that "she saw the potential."

Evidently, she was right, as he's since made himself the premier expert in his chosen field in the entire country. As far as I'm concerned, he can talk all sorts of mad shit at Masterson or Faran or whoever. He's earned that right twice over.

Remember, Branca's embarrassing "show your face" moment was preceded by claiming that men cheating is just masturbation. This is an interesting contrast/comparison to the focus on the claim of Branca's wife cheating on him, and you don't have to be a Dick Masterson to sense something is amiss here since Branca currently a married man. Apparently, someone just needed the balls to call Branca out on this. In any case, it's telling that Branca would regard martial infidelity in this way considering it is a widely accepted grounds for divorce.

Portraying women as masturbatory aids and not as people is a also a bad look, though it complements Drexel's "utopia" quite nicely. I could go on, but I probably shouldn't. I hope this clarifies things somewhat for interested parties.

Ty: "Well, Nick, I'm not quite sure how this happened in a civil suit, but you were sentenced to three years in prison. Best of luck! Time to skedaddle -- I've got a new T-shirt idea to print up!"
Ty Beard would be the first attorney to his client disbarred over a stupid technicality. It usually goes the other way!

Honestly, the decision not to use local counsel for local procedural crap (a vexatious litigant and all the random filings he did pro se) seems very suspect. For a lawyer to do this many pro se filings, including his responses to the ethics board, is shocking. He really should know better.

Then again, he should know better than to cage up his balls because he can't get hard for his wife.

I actually agree with Branca that masturbation is a sin just like fornication.
