There's a Vice article (archive) where one of Ghey's friends says they started hormones together. It also mentions how many trans friends Brianna had online. Ghey had hormones and community and was still self-harming.

Being conservative, at a minimum of 1,000 subscribers at $50 a year, with a 90% share, that's $45,000.

If we guess he's wildly successful at converting people to paid (though he doesn't have any subscriber-only posts), then 5,500 (half of the total subscribers) would net him $247,500.

Anyone who has visited the SRS thread here will know that the procedure for RFF (arm) phalloplasty is pretty much "take skin from your little girl's arm and sew it down there."

RFF (radial forearm flap) Phalloplasty is the most common form of phalloplasty. It's the one where they remove a thick flap of skin (which includes the nerves and blood vessels) from your arm to fashion into a neopenis. They also take a shallower skin graft from elsewhere (usually your thigh) to cover & protect your butchered arm. Sometimes these skin grafts don't heal well though...

But I did wonder whether I could find any children who'd had phalloplasty, and quickly found two (on Reddit, obviously):
