If you look at pictures of the older Rods, all the girls do it (it being weird ass head jutting), including Jill, and her made-lesser-but-still -unhidable chins. I think the girls are either copying Mama's fat girl poses, or she's making them do it so she's not the only extra tarded one in group photos.

Eta: from what I was told, Jill had the miscarriage while her and Shrek were in Florida, and didn't need medical intervention, no D&C.

If Jill really did have a miscarriage, there's some karmatic irony she had to go out of state to get the dead fetus goo D&C'd before it turned septic due to laws people like her pushed for in Ohio.

If it was so early no D&C was needed... what's to say Jill isn't just getting spotty periods because she turns 45 this year? I wouldn't put it past Jill to announce a miscarriage if she skipped a month of menstruation. We know she’s been gagging to announce Child #14 is due ever since Janessa got out of the NICU four years ago; I don't think she'd wait long after that EPT test said "pregnant" to announce.
She usually slips "baby #14!" as one for her "big announcement!" options. And shes been dying to be pregnant at the same time as one of her daughters; if she knew she was pregnant by Christmas, she would have announced that she and Kaylee were due in the same month or some shit.
So my guess is she got her period before Timbits' engagement preview post, which was six days ago. And she decided she was pregnant in January, after a late period.

Guise, Jill is basically dying of cramps from her Jesus loving womb, but look how brave she is, going to church and invading that old woman's personal space to the point that Mrs. Benson is pulling away, grinning like a maniac. Send thots and prayers immediately, nationwide.
Jill is likely perimenopausal, and periods at that stage can get very crampy and uncomfortable. I won't believe she had another miscarriage until she adds another photo to the Miscarriage and Jill's Suffering wall of her nursery.

This is the same woman who uses the terms "severe miscarriage" and "head gland", believes that Plexus works and that a severely underweight frame is healthy and "trim", and that headbands and music cure brain injuries. I highly doubt that she knows what "perimenopausal" means.
