Yes, it's Keffals alt account and literally his back-up. He used that account last year when he got hit with a suspension on his main account and several other of his alt/gimmick accounts got banned. After the DKF saga he wanted to do a Twitter break but it only took a few hours until he used that back-up account to be active again. Actually, everytime Keffals announces to be less active on Twitter he falls back to this back-up account.
