In nearly all european countries is present multiparty system, and the bad prt of it is 'when you cannot win in election (or at least take some seats in parliament) then go to the Internetz and soath'.
So when you read spergin about EU/european/one of countries politics remember: probably what you read is a exotic politic view, nothing mainstream. Nor from big opposition parties view, nor rulling parties. It is more probable that you will meet someone from AfD or Die Linke (small parties with not more than ~20% of seats in Bundestang - counting together) than SPD or CSU/CDU (let's say equivalents of GOP and donkey party in USA).

I'd say it's just as vulnerable as the Su-25. They could be shipped to replace frogfoot losses with the benefit of being able to mount modern Western PGMs. I'd ship them without GAU-8 ammo just to minimize foolish use of the system. I'd assume they have a shit ton of usable airframes at the boneyard to save money.
