We know why he's actually posting this garbage, he'd fire a missile into the sun to try and blow it up if it would stop the Kiwi Farms from exposing his many consent accidents and other crimes by troons, but that's a good example of why Elliot is worse than worthless. IPv4 addresses are already essentially gone in the terms he's talking about, any developing locations should jump straight ahead to IPv6 rather than build infrastructure based solely on a standard that started to be exhausted a decade ago. Not to mention that most developing locations, including China, are overwhelmingly on the mobile networks. He notes that ARIN exhausted long ago, but nobody normal's noticed it because 50-80% of the major mobile networks have transitioned to IPv6 which provides more than enough users to justify adding it over trying to hoard IPv4's. He wants APNIC to waste its limited resources tracking down probably a handful of IPs, almost assuredly overwhelmingly small cases, in order to reallocate them to basically nobody or some giant corporation hoarding them. He seems completely ignorant of the fact that once the transition is complete enough, IPv4's are going to plummet in value, perhaps because his own transition seems permanently stalled in the "horror show" category instead of ever achieving its utterly impossible delusional goal.
