The MAGA plan for 2024 is to utilize the D's election fortification tactics against them. Trump himself has mentioned ballot harvesting will be a core part of the 2024 campaign.

Essentially, Republicans overperforming polling when low propensity working class voters show up, which is what happened thanks to Trump's working class appeal in 2016 and 2020. They didn't show up in 2018 and 2022.

Democrats overperform polling when they utilize election fortification, polls were still mostly off in 2020 (R's generally overperforming because of the above factor) but in 2022 the low propensity working class voters didn't show up and in states where I suspect they may have showed up like Arizona, election fortification made D's overperform polling in an unprecedented manner.

In 2024, it's very likely that low propensity working class voters show up again because it'll be a Presidential year with Trump as the likely R nominee. And if the R's manage to use election fortification in their favor, it could cause an even bigger overperformance compared to polling than 2016 and 2020.

caveats: R's don't apply election fortification as effectively or D's manage to impede the counter-fortification efforts in some fashion, the D's are somehow more popular in 2024 than they are now (I have noticed that they are trying to make Chomo Joe more appealing to working class whites via ripping off parts of the MAGA platform as shown in the State of the Union speech, but I'm unsure if that will actually work out), the country breaks apart and a Presidential election is an afterthought

As far as ballot harvesting goes would it be legal to discriminate based on who they vote for? Could they say, "You're voting for a Democrat, so I'm not delivering your ballot. Do it yourself"?

So the plan to keep Trump from winning the nomination is to get an "endorsement" from someone super unpopular with Republicans for his presumptive opponent for the nomination? And this will somehow keep the party from splitting in two?

DeSantis hasn't declared a candidacy, and he's not the one coming up with nicknames for other people, but if I ran Bohemian Grove and wanted to take out Trump, I would just have DeSantis call him something like "VaxxMax Donny". The only thing Trump loves more than winning is taking credit for Operation Warp Speed. Trump repeatedly telling everyone how great the boosters are might actually hurt his support in the primaries considering how contentious the vaccines are now. But I guess the Soros thing might work too.

That is why i somewhat suspect all these articles about how natural immunity is actually a thing again are coming out. If the dems play it right the covid narrative could be completely revered and Trump would get all the blame.

Veritas is officially worthless now. How in the fuck can anyone see this and not understand the absolute coup it was. What the fuck even is the rationale for firing O'Keefe who alone built Veritas?

The rational was "he was mean" and "he made us do work." Oh and supposedly he stole someone's sandwich.

It was obviously bullshit and no one believed it. The fact that it happened right in the middle of PV embarrassing the fuck out of Pfizer is telling. Somebody obviously made some calls there.

All Trump would have to do is say "Fauci lied to me" and it wouldn't affect him at all. In fact it might increase his support. I'm surprised no one's thought of this, but if you really want to hurt Trump's chances in the primary, just suck up to him. Have Biden give him a President Medal of Freedom award for helping create the Covid vaccine. Have some scientists say they couldn't have done it without him. It wouldn't make any Democrats think better of him, but it would certainly damage his standing with his supporters.
