Post videos of people dying - Self explanatory really

  • Stay away from all infrastructure in China
  • Knife fights are decided by the first connection, don't make any wasted moves
  • Playing dead in a mass shooting may be a terrible idea, if you have the chance to bum rush him when he's fumbling about do it ffs
  • Never ever, ever, go to prison in South America (or mexico). You will die.
  • Don't ever try to save someone drowning in NYC or any other major city unless you want to be cucked and killed by weird water currents
• Closed shoes increase your survival chances by 100% in third world countries, notice how many disgusting brown toes there in every single clip from the shitholes of the world

In the endless contests of Man vs Car and Man vs Train the winner is very rarely Man.

"Shoes off = dead" has been a rule since at least the foundation of r/WPD.

This is why I buy proper work boots instead of health insurance.

There was a shooting in Garland, Texas a while back.
Apparently the shooter was only fourteen goddam years old.

Here are some pictures of the aftermath:

Apparently the perpetrator is still on the run, but his father was arrested in connection to the shooting. (Article)
Call me a giant pussy, I'm okay with it, but this made me tear up. That poor baby. He died alone and scared on the floor and he hadn't even done anything wrong. Watching him roll around and struggle to take his last breaths fucked me up.

His poor mother.

I looked at this thread in the past, literally like a trainwreck. Eventually I got sick. Tonight I've been looking again for some ungodly reason yet have a new found appreciation, or education really. Not so much desensitizing as a grim realization that life is so fragile, easily ending in unexpected death, sometimes bloody and messy and crunchily jelly smeary bye bye. I had the misfortune to find a close relative's body but it wasn't violent or anything (though it was very very very sad. The house filled with dead body smell didn't really help either. Remember that all the dead dummies on this page have a mother, father, children, somewhere. They're all human beings just like you for better or worse.)

What have I learned? An appreciation for the dangers that await around every corner in the world that surrounds me. Cars will run pedestrians over willy nilly. Buildings will just fall on your head. Don't fight llamas. Hell, even the geography will try to kill you. Africans will use like 50 bullets to kill one person at close range. All cultures love machete slaughter, except the whities for some reason. People who flaunt the dangers of machinery and high velocity are stupid and will probably die shortly. There's even people dumb enough to come in this thread and comment how awful it is! A cctv video of grandma falling asleep forever is not entertaining. World's Funniest Lethal Accident is. Wtf you think we're here for.

The random videos really need context for full enjoyment. But I quite enjoy the digests from @JamusActimus. Still I think they behoove an addendum.

All the Russia/Ukraine drone stuff is tiring; you see a drone shot of some bum in a ditch you know he's gonna have bomb dropped on his head. Warfare is kind of its own thing and maybe should go in a different thread minus exceptional circumstances.

Also I heard a cool song, I audio searched and found was ELO "Here's the News." A poor guy's car still played the song after he crashed, and he had no head, just a bloody stump. I'm jamming and wonder where is his head?

Life is short, and you are squishy. These videos will give you an appreciation for every day you get, an understanding of basic workplace safety, and some ideas for where not to go on holiday.
Also you will definitely look both ways before crossing the street: Eventually you'll also look behind you, and straight up, just in case.

I'm not so sure about that. You don't get schwacked like that for being a "dindu nuffin"

Here’s a rare consequence of surviving being burned.

Ngl, between looking like this and being dead, I legit pick the latter.

And I dont know, seeing all these comments make me wonder how many of them actually mean what they say.

Did the guy in the hoodie died? Hope he didnt cuz he had a FAST reaction time and throwing himself to the ground was a smart move.
Saw this kinda shit every day when I was stuck in LATAM, criminals would employ underage kids because if they got caught they get sent to juvie instead of actual jail, and of course nobody wanted the political fallout of changing that law. And once this method becomes common theres no going back, just ask any brazilian.

Good to be reminded they are cowards
