Have they restored service?

Let me explain a few things.
Mexico has a nationalized electric distribution system It's called the Electrical Federal Comision (CFE in spanish) Generally most people have service meters like these:

If you miss your payment date, they'll send a guy to disconnect. They would pull it out, put on some plastic cap on top of the meter copper terminals and replace it. It's relatively easy to remove such cap, it's merely guarded by a very thin lock build with copper wire, but this is considered a federal crime.

You usually get a few weeks (or even months) grace period before they dispatch the guy to disconnect the service. It is a frequent occurrence that people pay their accounts offs after the guy is scheduled to disconnect their service; so he will still show up. The guy has no way of knowing if you paid your account other than to be shown the receipt. You may tell him you already took care of it after which the system will remove the dispatch request and he will not come back. They only have access to their intranet at their facilities (Where they can check service requests and/or account status) They could radio dispatch and confirm if what you claim is true; but they wouldn't bother with it, probably because of them being unionized and having them do something they are not supposed to do, even as a courtesy, is some sort of labour injustice or some shit. They just take your word for it and come back later if they have to.

Even then, they are agreeable and might sometimes leave if you tell them you are about to pay your account off. Most people tape a receipt copy to the service meter if they pay after the service cutoff date so they guy sees it. this works 100% of the time.

If you are too retarded to do these basic steps of human interaction with an unionized worker; and because they are this agreeable to customers to avoid disconnections (Specially in high heat zones like Yucatan); They may take their time to come back and reconnect the service after clearing the account and paying a reconnection fee.

Embarrassingly, this happened to me once. So I called dispatch (080 on most phones) and told them "Hey, I already paid off please tell the guy to bring a new lock for the meter; I will reconnect it myself, because It's 50°C out here and I don't feel like melting on my furniture" They don't encourage you to do this since it's technically a federal crime; but they agreed. So I broke the lock with some pinzers, removed the plastic cap, placed the meter back on and got my electricity up and running. Couple of days later the guy would install a new lock and everyone would move on.

In recent years, CFE has deployed these smart meters

These meters are programmed to shut the service up automatically if no payment is detected. They way they work is you go pay the utility bill at those ATM's. The ATM's have a sensor where you can tap the smart card on them so it registers your payment. You then go home and tap the card to the meter. This way the meter knows you've made your payment so it won't cut you off. The disadvantage of this system is you may not pay online (but the online system fucking sucks and people don't trust storying digital receipts; even though they are digitally encrypted and are more secure than physical ones by far)

should you miss making your payment, the smart meter will cut the service off instantly. But the advantage is, you use the smart card to register your payment. Tap it to the meter for like 30 seconds and it automatically resets, restoring power to your home.

Ralph & May thinking they had a grace period when they actually did not. This makes me believe they have a smart meter which they are too stupid to operate; Ralph is simply lying and thought electricity was included with his rent prince, then the CFE guy showed up after not clearing up the electricity bill after several months; or They cash the electricity bill to their landlord, having him taking care of the smart card, they've paid him now but dude has more important shit to do.

I have no idea but Ralph is chasing after him like an abused puppy. Maybe he realized nodding out to rap music and puppeteering Pantsu isn’t going to cut it? The last month 90% of the KS is just an ugly obese man on a lot of Xanax listening to music. The novelty of the pillstream has worn off and it’s now the new norm. His only “guests” have been a former co-host/ guests he wants to drunkenly holler at.

His enemy list is his only viable guest list. Nobody worth a shit is interested in going on a insignificant stream with a guy so pilled out he’s likely to pass out mid-sentence or start hollering about joggers raping your wife and daughter.

Question is since Dick stood him up last weekend why doesn’t he go on the KS to help Ralph out? When was Dick’s last appearance? I thought he was a “KS regular”.

Speaking of the KS regular guest list, is that still posted online? Do any of those people ever appear anymore? (Excluding Ralph’s only actual regular guest - Mark Collet whoever the fuck that is)

I still believe my theory could be correct. CFE requires you to sign a new contract if you switch payment methods. So if the card they were using for payments was Amanda's joint-Harry account card, that no longer is getting allowance, and they wanted to now pay with Ralph's card it would disrupt their service. They would have to sign a new contract, and get new service "installed". Considering Ralph himself said Amanda was in charge of paying it, and "he went and paid it" after the disconnect. I believe this is what happened. Who fucking knows this guy lives like a teenaged nigger.
