Once upon a time, in like 2009 or something, there was a pudgy little dork who wore a leather jacket and sunglasses indoors, and called himself The Hardcore Kid. He used to make video reviews of children's media in that spergy TGWTG style. He was a bit of a minor lolcow, and I kind of watched his stuff out of ironic amusement, sniggering at the autism.
I remember he once reviewed something that featured the British character actress, Miriam Margolyes, in a prominent role, but because he was an Ameriburger and had presumably never heard her name pronounced, only ever having seen it written down, he pronounced her surname as 'Margoyles' - like 'gargoyles' but with an M.
For some reason, this was really amusing to me, even moreso when he kept, consistently referring to 'Miriam Margoyles' throughout his review. I think he did it like five or six times or something. By the end, I was heartily lmaoing.
I remember he also pronounced Rik Mayall's name wrong too, but it wasn't as funny.
