I am very new to this cow, but I must admit that the video on page 1 of him shuffling about his hovel, gobbling in sporadic fits is quiet possibly one of my top 10 cow media clips. (I have favorites such as "Now! NOW! NOWWW!", Patrick's "ThaT did noT occur sir!", and Pixyterys shower break-down video)

What was his imediate response once he realized he had left his stream on? Certainly he attempted to sue someone for posting it? I'm dying to have more information.
I'm not sure but I'm sure someone here does or its in the thread, I'm not an expert on Mr Stabbins, I just remember his strange noises, you're right its right up there with Bob Chandlers "Do. You. Realize. Let me tell you..." video as a classic unintentional caught on camera moment.

Yes, he sued people for it, and the judge found that his stream was not copyrightable, and that Acer had lied to the Copyright office

Poor people shouldn't have access to the courts unless someone is willing to put up collateral for you that isn't on the tax payers dime.
More like the courts should do their job under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) and (e)(2) and dismiss obviously frivolous bullshit sua sponte.

He lost because it wasn't copyrightable creative content, as recording it was a complete accident.
Sounds like he was an annoying retard.
People warned him repeatedly but he just tarded on valiantly.

First one means the court said "we don't need a hearing on this motion"?

Second one means the court said to stabbin "don't refile, look at the process and re-notice" and then he re-noticed? How sure are we that he didn't do the first part to look at what was asked of him?
You know, given that there are four docket entries across two screenshots, you could be clearer on what exactly you are addressing

Over ruled. Sometimes we need idiots who can't be arsed to read a comment to continue the conversation.

It baffles me that he can barely take care of himself, yet he can file multiple lawsuits against random people.

He should try going out more. Maybe he’ll trip over a dustbin in a store and receive $10 in compensation

You do have to love those moments when you can bring up "The Plaintiff has already been declared Vexatious in other Courts!"
Isn't it extra funny that "the Plaintiff has brought up being declared Vexatious" himself first?

how many times does Stabbins need to be told “no” by the court before getting the memo that if he wants more money, he should get a job?

It’s really really mean of the courts and Google’s lawyer to tell Stebbins to knock off the frivolous lawsuits. He should file an ex parts motion in limine sua sponte e pluribus unum for ten quadrillion dollars to the Supreme Court of the Galaxy so they can tell all these lesser courts that he’s right and they’re wrong and no one is allowed to make fun of him ever again.

Oh, and Stebbins also gets the newest PlayStation 6 console when it’s released and nobody else gets one and you’re all uninvited from his birthday party because you’re poopyheads.
