Why only $1500 a quarter though? That's $6000 a year, barely anything in the long term. :p

If you missed Shaner a lot, @Pocket_Sand! has been astutely noting the similarities between Tom and Leonard, despite some of their differences. When you get down to it, the similarities are quite frightening. Of course they are different cows in their own ways but they do share several things in common with their overly high opinion of themselves and their ways of fooling people into giving them a chance wherever they go.

it is not the first amendment that is protecting you from prosecution. it's the lack of teeth in state laws to prosecute out of state offenders and lack of manpower to apply at the federal level to a pack of mentally ill misinformed media consuming morons like this who are harassing people more fucked up in the head than themselves.

But here's the thing Tommy, none of what happens here is illegal. You might not like that people are talking about you and hurting your fee fees but all we're doing is talking and exposing stuff you've done. It's no different than a group of people getting together and gossiping.

And while I'm not a lawyer, I do know enough of the law to state that what you've just done in asking for money falls under blackmail. Do you have any idea how a judge is going to react to that? He'll throw the book at you for going that route. Also it's up to you to prove that you've been harmed negatively from this and that what's been said here is totally the cause of that.

It's an open and shut case in our favor. But please continue, I'd love to see you get this before a judge. Post the time and place and we'll be there to watch him kick your ass out the door.

Actually, no. There's genuine problems out there that need to be addressed first. The goings on at Kiwi Farms aren't notable enough to get some gung-ho storefront lawyer on the case in conjunction with one butthurt internet troll who can dish it out but can't take it in return.

You also seem misinformed about the First Amendment, too, almost as if you believe that it gives you the right to say whatever you want about whoever you want with no repercussions. Sorry, pal, that isn't how that works.

i'd like to laugh this off with a hearty "LSD, not even once," but there's no way to tell how much of what substances this old fuck's been swimming in since long before many of us were born, let alone isolate which flavor is responsible for THESE bizarre little episodes

i say tommy's the key to curing autism - whatever formula turns him back into a human is our golden ticket
