TONY: Boo-hoo-hoooooo, we’re all going to be genocided!
MATT: Yes you are.
TONY: No we aren’t, suck my dick!
Like I said earlier in the thread:
Tony has two moods on Twitter: rage and smugness. Rage is when he feels like he is not getting his way and smugness is when he feels like he is.
Which is why he seems to cycle so illogically between "Trans people are being genocided RIGHT NOW" and "Our enemies are a tiny dying minority and we wiped them out in the last election when the fifth largest town in Montana elected a trans dogcatcher, suck it TERFs!"
He is not capable of ever showing the genuine feelings a normal activist might have about the issues they care about (hope, fear, concern, uncertainty...) because all of Tony's "activism" is just elaborate justification for his narcissistic demands.
The "genocide" thread was Tony ramping up the narc rage because nothing he has been posting has been getting him enough attention and validation. Then Matt Walsh, who is popular enough on Twitter to merit a reaction from Tony, responded in a way he didn't like, so Tony flipped right back to smugness.
Tony loves him some "studies" Except when those studies challenge his delusions and disprove his talking points. In those cases, peer reviewed studies don't count and should be ignored.
This is the exact same convenient flip flop on the parental rights issue. Trooning out is private medical decisions. Except when the family is against the troon out. In those cases, Tony says someone else should get to make th decision.

Only "I Fucking Love Science" midwits think "peer review" is particularly meaningful. In lot of journals these days it's little more than a rubber-stamp process. And all of the worst and most damaging studies in recent history were dutifully peer reviewed.
What really counts is replicability, and none of Tony's pro-medicalization studies have that. (Not that a lack of replication is even needed to see that they are bad studies, as
@Geranium noted.)
It was big enough that
Matt Walsh commented on it. Pictured: two beta males screaming at each other.

Who the fuck is his leader? Trump? Jesus? The most
extreme I could think of is Hitler, and this is a complex "KYS" post. Whatever it is, whether he means "say stupid things to get unelected" or "be nice to others like Jesus", it's a burn he thought was so good that he even retweeted onto his own timeline.
It's definitely a Hitler reference. It probably seemed like a true zinger if you're inside Tony's hugbox, because they are all convinced that Matt Walsh is an actual Nazi due to the fact that he has "theocratic fascist" in his bio. For everyone else, it is just confusing.
(Remember, when a TRA threatens to slit JK Rowling's throat or writes a graphic rape fantasy about TERFs, it's artistic or humorous exaggeration. But when Matt Walsh puts "theocratic fascist" in his bio as a boomer-level troll attempt, it
must be treated with unquestioned seriousness.)
I do love this argument. So, trannies have existed since before the Christian God. But they require access to HRT and surgery or else they will kill themselves, which is why banning those things constitutes a genocide.
Sex hormones were only discovered in the 1920s, non-fatal gender surgery is much more recent than that.
So which is it? Can they survive without medical treatment or can't they?
