Between this before photo and the brown finger from what I could see Keffals only smoked 1 cigarette and it was right after this photo was taken, and even then the finger didn't look anywhere near that brown. So I think it can't be from the 1 cigarette that was smoked.

It kind of looks like weed residue from the resin and tar. Getting that shit on your fingers is a mess without proper gear, which we know keffles doesn't understand.

I accidentally got my finger covered in the stuff and it looks pretty similar to me. Another guess would be it's just shit. Human fecal matter that just needed to be smeared on the lip for a little taste. Just couldn't wait, the meth is making him act out.

Yeah I would have said it's either makeup that's been wiped off by her finger (maybe mixed with cig ash or something) or the burnt remnants of some sort of drug that's smoked in a pipe. It kinda looks like what happens if you stick your finger in the intake hole of a heavily used bong.

Was he smoking filtered cigarettes? As someone who used to smoke camel non filtereds i can tell you without a doubt your finger can get exactly that gross looking from smoking about 5 or 6 of em in rapid succession like that
