Can I point out that wanting to have casual sex doesn't require you to not be selective? Not even highly selective, something Aella presumably could be and still have many partners due to a number of things. She's being very irrational in her thinking when "casual sex" is simply an acknowledgement that you don't need a relationship to be having sex. Plenty of people do this from time to time without be willing to fuck anything that asks. The kids call this stuff "college" or "friends with benefits" or whatever because an influx of factors (independent variables!) lead them to prioritize sex over traditional methods of acquiring sex. When people go home with whoever at the bar it's not because they desire casual sex for its intellectual and inherent value it's because they committed to finding someone through it, properly filtered out too many people and are left with poor choices while probably being intoxicated and facing the prospect of failure at a goal.
