My understanding on the context of this may not be 100% complete, but from what I understand, Faith filed a Delcaration to the court in December regarding Ethan being in contempt/violation of the DVRO she has against him. Ralph's (now ex) lawyer Jennifer Granger filed a response to that declaration on February 1st, and it was entered into the court record at the most recent virtual court hearing that was held on Feb. 17th. Faith's lawyer responded in kind to his response with a counter-response. Vickers covered both of these documents on his stream last night, and I am uploading copies of them both as PDFs below.

With his response to the contempt charge, (and a batshit insane addendum attachment from May), Ralph and Amanda have entered all manner of stupid things into the court record, which now open them both up to cross-examination on those topics at the trial to be held in March. I'm going to tag @Pit Viper Salesman because I believe he has a better understanding than I do of what exactly the potential lines of questioning could be.

May is going to have a very embarrassing dressing down in court. That filing is irrelevant and unhinged and only serves to paint her in a poor light.

Especially given there are texts between her and Faith talking about the choking incident.

Something tells me you're going to kick yourself for tethering yourself to a feral hog sooner rather than later.

@chudbere Thanks for the tag! I think I can flesh out a good bit of what all this means for Ralph!

Before getting into the actual material, we should establish a few things to keep in mind:

1) Faith (and Xander) have a DVRO against Ralph.
2) Ralph DOES NOT have any form of RO against Faith or Xander.
3) The custody agreement between Faith and Ralph has a stipulation that neither of them can discuss THE CUSTODY AGREEMENT.
4) The CUSTODY AGREEMENT is a subsection of the DVRO. This means if Ralph violates the agreement, he violates the DVRO.
4) Faith is not suing Ralph. This is not a lawsuit.
5) Faith filed paperwork stating different instances she believes Ralph has violated the DVRO directly, or the Custody Agreement (which in turn, violates the DVRO).
6) A judge reviewed the filing and determined there was enough to warrant a trial. The judge believes Faith's filings have merrit.
7) Ralph's now ex-lawyer, filed a response to Faith's filings. This is what is seen above.
8) THIS MAY BE THE GREATEST PROOF THAT ETHAN RALPH IS A STUPID WIGGER THAT WE HAVE EVER SEEN.

Now that we have all that out of the way, we can begin.

Faith has filed numerous potential violations against Ralph. Most of these fall into 3 categories: Media (Twitter, Killstream), Parenting App ( a STATE MONITORED app for parents in less than favorable circumstances to manage care of the child on), and The Journal, there is also the matter of The Declaration of Harry Morris. She would submit various tweets, video clips, affidavits, declarations, parenting app exports, council of evil discord logs, etc. into evidence along with her filings.

When the judge ruled that all of this evidence is substantial enough to believe there is cause to put it to trial, Ralph's then lawyer (Jennifer Granger) presumably sat down with Ralph in order to craft a defense to the violations. Much of the arguments presented show that Ralph either misinformed, misguided or misled Ms. Granger in his response to many of these violations.

At this point I should remind the reader that Faith has no RO against her. This means there is literally nothing legally preventing her from discussing anything about Ralph that occurred before the Custody Agreement. She could literally spend every day of her life going on streams and stating that Ralph made her drive his dirty whore of a mother to dialysis whenever he was too drunk to do so and Ralph has absolutely zero legal recourse if this was true. She can discuss his weight, his smell, the level of poverty he lives in, etc. Essentially nothing that occurred before the DVRO or custody agreement has any bearing on the DVRO or Agreement from this point forward.


Why this is important:

Almost the entire defense Ralph and his lawyer have put forth is based on the fact that Faith has either said embarrassing things about Ralph, had done things directly to Ralph he has taken issue with, or has acted in a poor and/or mentally unfit manner. None of this is a defense against the majority of violations Faith has filed. This is the equivalent of a child being caught in the school bathroom eating poop and saying "yeah, well, someone else ate paste in class once!". One has no actual bearing on the other.

Instead of Ralph addressing each violation with any legal prowess, for instance, taking a Tweet submitted and explaining how through context and intent, Faith cannot claim with any legally solid standing that Ralph actually violated the DVRO, Ralph submitted the entire Cog interview with Faith. Please read that again. Instead of presenting evidence, legal interpretation and arguments, Ralph, OF HIS OWN FREE WILL, submitted a take where his ex talks about his less than 5 inch penis, is so fat he breaks furniture, smells disgustingly and numerous other facts. None of which hold any legal value in his case.

Ethan Ralph for absolutely no useful or viable reason has made it court record that he has a small dick, that he is fat and that he is poor. He bragged about this legal defense.


The Breakdown

So right off the bat, a majority of the violations presented Ralph (and his lawyer) have no defense other than "SHES ALOGGING ME YUH HONAH!" when Faith has no legal restrictions against her doing so. Moving onto the Journal (there will be potentially future criminal charges and actions about this later, but for this trial we are just talking about the DVRO) Ralph has not offered any reasonable response to how Ethan Hatchet (Laughing Daiymo) gained access to the Journal in order to commit extortion and publicly embarrass Faith. He cannot offer any response why a card with May's handwriting is in it either.

Faith on the other hand, has a statement from Jesse Dedman (Mr. Deadman) under penalty of perjury, that The Council of Evil discord logs are real, that he was the one to leak them, that Ralph sent the journal to Daiymo and that Daiymo is actually Ethan Hatchett of Macon, Ga. Faith has communication from Daiymo when he returned the journal to her, thus proving he was in possession of it. Finally, the Discord logs that were authenticated contain screenshots of Daiymo saying Ralph sent him the journal and screenshots of DM's between him and Ralph showing Ralph saying he was sending something (Daiymo is very stupid).

Lastly there is the fact that Ralph committed perjury on the Custody Agreement itself. When he signed it, it was stated he was signing under penalty of perjury. A stipulation of the document he signed under that threat is he provide a current address with permission of the address's owner in which he can be contacted. Ralph gave Harry's address. Faith has submitted a signed statement from Harry stating that he never gave Ralph permission. In response to this, Ralph has gotten May to sign a doc stating she gave Ralph permission (this will be important). May is not the owner of the residence, nor is she living there at all.


Conclusion

Instead of providing any defense against the violations Ralph has done the following:
1) Submitted into evidence video of the facts that he is poor, disgusting and has a small dick.
2) Attempted to get his wife to commit perjury in order to defend his perjury.
3) Got his wife to submit a wild and rambling revision of history between herself, Ralph and Faith. None of which has ANY bearing on the violations.
4) By pushing May to make a statement, she opens May up to essentially being put on the stand and being questioned by Faith / her attorney.
5) Introducing Rand and Dingo as evidence that Faith did something wrong. By doing this he opens the door to Faith submitting character evidence such as the tape Dingo recorded with Ralph revealing he would keep Faith hostage.
6) FIRED HIS ATTORNEY AND WILL ARGUE ALL THIS ON HIS OWN

If you though the Trial of Chris-Chan was going to be a circus, well...

Ethan Ralph is going to actively prove in a court of law that he is a stupid fat wigger.

Don't listen to the a-logs Ralph, like your coach always said: the best defense is a good offence! All that matters to the judge in the end is who made a better impression on him so by slaundering Faith and cutting on the waterworks you are really going to convince him to rule in your favor, Ralphamale style!

Xander currently lacks the fine motor skills for pen scribbles like this so his signature at nearly 2 years old is probably more legible than his mommy’s.

More people should read Amanda's novel that she submitted that @chudbere posted - holy moley imagine a judge or professional person reading that.

I'm sad the Chris Chan stuff is all locked away, but Holy hell this is gonna be an interesting trial, if it happens.
