Somebody actually did go out of their way to compile a list (slightly NSFW). Of course, some draw shotacon, and some , like Saeki, even draw lolicon. Other examples of female Hentai mangaka include Ryoumoto Hatsumi (does lots of lolicon), Kitakawa Touta, Aoi Kumiko (gender is suspected to be female due to the name; primarily a lolicon artist), and Oshima (sometimes spelled Ooshima) Towa.

One issue I can see that probably leads to a lot of these slow responses is that not everyone claiming to be a minor is. Adult women will claim to be minors to get porn they were in taken down, even if its otherwise up legally.

They also really can't guarantee that someone else won't reupload a video; they can only take it down after the fact. The easy answer is to not shoot porn of yourself.

Another thing that is rarely brought up in these cases, especially in those hit piece stories that got Pornhub to remove its user content, is that the MINORS THEMSELVES should be arrested for shooting porn of themselves. They are technically shooting child porn, regardless of whether or not they posted it to Pornhub.
