I am not joking when I say none of this ever came up with her before in the nigh 6 years we knew each other. We would talk about our common interests and everything else, never a peep about idpol or anything like that. Like I said in my farewell message to her, I didn't even know she was an enbie let alone that she was any flavour of genderspecial. It never once came up and it didn't matter.
Honestly, I never imagined having my own encounter with someone getting mad over Hogwarts Legacy. I have no regrets. I'll also stop derailing the thread now with my bullshit.

That conversation reads a little like a conversation with a young and vulnerable person being slowly manipulated into a cult, at a point when they already internalized cult's belief system but aren't entirely dependent on the group yet and still function in society without issues as long as their new belief system isn't questioned or challenged.

She outright owns Harry Potter, she didn't sell it, she licensed it. I assume these are "progressives" advocating for a massive corporation to be able to just steal a single individuals ownership of their own IP for corporate gain. Completely agree. It's actually for the best to allow people like this to drift away because there is almost no chance they will ever listen to other opinions and instead will do anything to try to guilt trip, manipulate and condition others into falling in line. They are always a risk at too close a range. Plus there is always the threat that they go completely rouge on you over something at the worst time.

Nothing really happened to her. It was just a weird photo from the event that she and Rowling both were attending a few years ago. Here's a couple of photos from like 2 weeks ago at the Pickleball Charity Tournament in Los Angeles. The middle photo was from last month, and the last photo was taken about 4 days ago while she was in Mexico.
