Advertiser info gathering is ignored as a threat to privacy and Keffals is unhinged enough to have a spectacular reaction to such a revelation. That is a FAR bigger threat to trans because they self-tattle about their status via where they go online and that "private business" data is cheap to gain access to. And Keffals is JUST enough of an asshole to others that one day Keffals will target someone who's all about neghole pozzing.

There are too many people who are not pro-Keffals around Keffals who can cause narcissistic injury. For Keffals to live an UN-challenged life Keffals can't do that in an apartment complex.

I feel the only instance where alerting his neighbors about him would make sense is if he was actively targetting minors within the area with grooming or DIY HRT since that's an actual crime.

Kinda Junkie-Levelling here but I feel like I could provide a lot of perspective to the drug and rehab situation in Ontario as I was a Junkie for 4-5 years and went to 4 different private rehabs in Southern Ontario and now have been clean for closing in on 3 years.

If I had to guess Keffals was mostly smoking fentanyl which in pretty much all of Canada is readily available and is usually from the raw powders and mixed with a buffer at a ratio of 40-50 to 1 and then food coloring is added to it and is widely available. So the final product has about 20-25 mgs of fentanyl per gram. When it first came out it was popcorn colored then mostly purple and it was mostly called "purp" amongst junkies. Now the colors vary wildly from green to pink to blue and is often cut with Xylazine which is a veterinary drug that can create severe memory loss and black out periods.

Prices for "purp" range from 20-30 CAD a point and 150-250 a gram and drop significantly if you are buying ounces or more.
Cocaine prices have stabilized in Ontario since the COVID peaks and are generally 100 CAD for a gram and 250-300 per 1/8th ounce 1400-1600 per ounce. Quality varies wildly but if you know the right people 70-80% purity is pretty standard when buying ounces.

I can only speculate what Rehab (if at all) he went to but I will say the price for 30 days is going to be at least 15K CAD. Of the four rehabs I went to only one of them had a strict No-Phone policy, two of the rehabs had peroids of 2 hours a day you could have your phone as long as you were in good standing and participating and one of the rehabs (the best and most expensive one) allowed you to have your phone at all times once you had been medically stabilized. I did inquire with about a dozen rehabs in Ontario and Quebec when looking for the right one and it seemed only a small few had a strict no cell phone at any time policy and given that Keffals life is twitter I am sure he picked one that allowed some access.

All of the rehabs require you to go through Detox/Acute Withdrawal before participating in the program. In most cases they will have a supervised medical detox where depending what your drug of choice was you might be there for 12 hours or 10 days.

As someone who has gone through Opiate withdrawal more times than I would like to remember the truth is it does suck terribly but it is almost never life threatening. And as many people will point out Benzos and Alcohol W/D can be fatal, however the truth is they are rather easily treated with benzos and other ancillary medications and you can be stabilized fairly quickly.

The whole debate of which withdrawal is the worst is a hot topic amongst addicts. The best way I can put it is this:
Yes, bad Alcohol and Benzo WD can kill you if unmonitored while bad Opiate W/D will make you want to kill yourself.

Anyway if this idiot actually did go to rehab, I am almost certainly familiar with it and either know someone who worked there or went there.

Anyway just thought I would share my experiences and I am sure I can offer more if needed.

And I've seen that. I've seen a compulsive gambler who, when he couldn't go out to gamble, started to buy superfluous expensive shit with money he didn't have and later realised he was out of cash. For this person, his addiction to gambling was related to how he was perceived as a person who could afford to gamble hundreds without worrying.
