I think the issue with the Cart Narc is his annoying behaviour.
I think that most of the confrontations would have been easily avoided if he just approached the person and politely said "Sir/Madam, please return the shopping cart in its proper place. Leaving it around may cause problems to people trying to park their car". But no, he has to do this annoying siren sound and attach that stupid magnet on peoples' cars: that behaviour alone is enough to annoy most people.

And no, returning the cart is not some kind of "moral test": it's merely a "test" of good manners.

I've been watching cart narcs for a short while. After I watched the few videos which were actually funny, because some dumb fuck lost their shit at Sebastian, it got repetitive and boring take for the few cases OP linked that he got a gun or knife pulled at him. I almost forgot about him and I didnt even connect the dots when I saw the headline in Featured.

I think it's very telling that most of the people who actually did this for a living are in the thread saying it really doesn't matter that much lol. I was the same way, sometimes it was annoying when some retard somehow left a cart on the other side of the parking lot and it was hilarious seeing someone leave a cart like two feet from a corral but it wasn't really that big of a deal at the end of the day. Honestly I absolutely relished any excuse to get out of the store and since half the corrals were absurdly far from the store entrance I was going to be doing a lot of walking anyways.

That said, these videos are hilarious no matter your opinion on the situation because he's either a righteous crusader riling up retards, a retard starting slapfights in parking lots over nothing, or it's reality TV level entertainment where everyone's a retard.
