I don't know or care about Texas law, but if threateningly racking a slide at a guy looking at you in a Walmart parking lot is actually legal, that's just as fucking stupid (but on the opposite political spectrum) as cities like New York trying to blanket ban guns for everyone except for politicians and jewelers.

Before just a few moments ago, I assumed the Cart Narc was a faggot loser character being played out in real life situations as a bit. If that's the case, then it's an okay bit that's already passed its prime.

But if this guy is just a faggot loser in real life, a sort of Shopping Cart Ziwe who has found a loophole in cart narcing to turn even the most Tor using sovereign citizen Kiwi Farms user into parking lot justice warriors, that's pretty fucking gay
