All the young men with means have fled the country , there are others that have gone into hiding (both groups no longer able to participate in the Labor market) Putin can't afford to have smart people underneath him, so his collection of corrupt midwits are just going to crack on as normal. Stealing as much as they can from the defense budget while not rocking the boat.

Ultimately Ukraine is going to win this. They'll fight the war that Phillipe Petain wanted to fight in WWI, where artillery and unlimited supplies of foreign produced weapons slaughters the enemy, with the role of infantry being to just occupy ground.

It might take another year, but eventually the production of artillery shells and rockets is going to get to the point where the Ukrainians can just remove whole grid squares from the map and then send troops in to occupy what remains.

This is why there are stories being fed to the media about the 'shells shortage' because western countries want public support to ramp up production for Ukraine.

I'm going to be optimistic here with that statement because even though Russia still has preformed piss poor and lost much of it's best troops don't forget Russia is also at an advantage with manpower still and they have grinded a good chunk of Ukraines population. (Not all mind, not a majority but a large plurality is probably gone for good.)
Russia can still mobilize a million men and send them into the field. I can't understate the importance of this, now can Ukraine win yes but they need to inflict like 5-6 Kharkiv victories before they can negotiate Russia out of Ukraine.

Every East EU country is whiter and more trad than the West, in average. Including Russia. Which is indeed good.
Still, Russia should not have invaded, and Ukraine should be helped to fend Russia off.
You see, I don't think Slavs are niggers, in fact, Poland has more blue eyed people than Germany by now. I don't have some sort of inner hatred of Russia either, I just fear it and want it contained.

Ukraine is dependent on foreign supply. Russia might only be able to make cold-war weapons, but it can make a lot of them and Ukraine can't hit their production.
But when comparing the situations, remember that Russia not only needs to beat Ukraine, they need to hold on. If they exhaust their people, industry, and economy taking the country, it won't do them much good.

Ukraine is far from victory, but they're closer than anyone would have ever imaged.

Putin didn't fall into a trap. He has been in the Yesman echo chamber high on his own supply, he thought he could thumb his nose at the west with a repeat of 2014 and instead got BTFO.

I support Putin's right to remove globohomo & tranny shit from his own borders, and wish more would follow that example. I support Russia's right to influence the politics of other nations to the full extend of those nations' laws - same as any other country.
I don't support his sending troops over a border with the goal of annexation.

And my major issue with NATO, other than they allowing the Turkroaches to speak, is that they are not committing to anything and doing the Eurocuck waffle shit.

IIRC their advance on Bakhmut has been slower than a snail's pace. Not joking. The world's fastest snail as recorded by Guinness went at 0.0024 meters per second, or 0.0085 kph. 365 days times 24 hours gives us 8,760 hours in a year. Multiplied by 0.0085 to get the distance traveled gives us a total of 74.46 kilometers. A literal fucking snail would have been in Bakhmut months ago.

I frankly don't see how this will have a good ending. For starters I don't see putin just going "whatever" and giving up, dying rumors or not, its all jokes and memes until he's against the wall and decides to nuke ukraine, and while the nuclear powers of nato might or might not fulfil their nuclear suicide pact with the other non-nuke-having countries there's practically zero chances we will go nuclear over ukraine, we wont even sent them a low-cost 1970's plane like the F-16 for SEAD, but we're gonna get nuked to retaliate if kiev gets fried? nigga please, I doubt that if SHTF we will go nuclear if berlin gets nuked, and germany is a massive part of nato. Also the constant almost daily speeches about how "we're standing with ukraine forever and ever because we're besties" are giving me a really bad vibe, like its the same shit we were hearing that about afghanistan just 2 years ago and look how that shitshow ended. And we at least pretended to care for 20 years, its been barely a year of this and we're already doing the "we're totally into this" speeches we were making in kabul in 2019.

But lets say that by fucking chance putin chokes on a banana or gets killed by a falling cope cage and somehow all his successors are massive cucks who would rather lose all face back home (political death sentence) and give up everything including crimea to ukraine, then what? ukraine its destroyed, a huge chunk of their population, particularly women and children which are the future of any nation, are gone and will probably not go back unless forced to since they would be made to leave the comfort of first world countries to return to a homeland that's even poorer and more broken than before. We've already made it clear there wont be any more free money when its time for reconstruction, probably because much like after the fall of the commiezone (aka: that stale joke called the soviet union) the leeches/lobbyists in DC are hoping to go there and buy everything cheap, then let the market sort it out (spoiler: it wont).

And if russia wins without going nuclear I think they will collapse shortly after due to the huge after effects of this bullshit war. The russian men who left to avoid conscription were among the best, they are the educated guys working the STEM jobs that keep russia from truly being "nigeria with snow". Once they have a life abroad they are not going back, specially if they get married with a local. And now the women are leaving too to have their kids in other countries so they can claim citizenship, so that's another group that I doubt will return. All that's gonna be left are the bydlos who can't or wont leave and they are barely smart enough to work an oil rig. The other big export from russia were their weapons and thats done for. Whatever prestige it had left this war completely destroyed it. Any illusion that the russian arms industry was up to par with the west, or even east asia's. its gone. You know shit's bad when the indians reject an offer to buy one of your most modern nuclear attack submarines despite already leasing one and would rather build their own, same with leaving the felon for a domestic stealth fighter.

TL;DR: its fucked, everything its fucked.

Not a "good ending", but that's actually very simple. Russia can just freeze the conflict. Sign a "temporary" armistice, or, more likely, grind Ukraine down into an entrenched stalemate that slowly tapers off over time. Things are arguably already going this way.
Donetsk & Luhansk will just be a new North Cyprus.
