I've seen some pathetic pandering when it comes to black voters, but I think Buttigieg takes the cake.

Blacks don't hate you because you're a corny nerd. They hate you because you're a fag.
Why the fuck is he sucking the lip of the bottle like its a dick. Its like he's trying to hold it in his teeth or some shit.

It has no relevance to politics or any of his positions but how the fuck do you not even know how to drink a beer.

It's because he's spitting whatever it was he drank back into the bottle. At first I figured they would hand him a bottle with tea or water in it, but comparing his lips to the black dude beside him, I think it was real malt liquor and he couldn't handle it.

Every photo of him eating or drinking is fucking weird. I thought maybe photographers were intentionally taking pictures at the worst time but he seems to have a genuinely autistic relationship with food.

It's a media thing. Look up a picture of your favorite politician eating a corn dog.

The problem is that Trump does his usual big ask thing, then works with 'experts' that backstab him, fuck the situation up, and make the whole thing worse. The problem wasn't so much Trump as it was his inability to effectively weed out all the shitstains pretending to be helping - A difficult problem when it turns out they're all shitstains. He'd get 'revisions' to the law written by someone who's bought into the hate speech kool-aid and then you might as well have killed 230.
Trump's biggest mistake was assuming that Republicans wanted to win, but just didn't know how.

The reason SS230 isn't "enforced" is because to enforce it would mean to set hard definitions on what "publishing" means. Which is what that recent USSC hearing about algorithms is mainly about - whether or not automatic curation of content is equivalent to editorializing or whatever.

The other thing is that you have to have something that caused damages to sue over, which would be speech to begin with. So you'd have to have plausible grounds to sue for damages caused by speech - a difficult task to accomplish in the U.S. to begin with - and then on top of that somehow prove that the owner of the platform the speech was on is liable under SS230.

Which is like asking someone to do the legal equivalent of rubbing their stomach and patting their head, while doing a handstand and juggling with their feet.

Yeah even though Trump showed up regularly with the Elite. He didn't actually have any experience with Washington itself. I wonder if that rumor was true that Tucker(who had lived in Washington his entire life)was going crazy because he saw from afar Trump getting played.

Her name is Julie Su?

Is Ken Penders aware of this?
Even if Trump was 120% serious, there's no way it would happen. Big Tech only exists due to 230. Remove it and virtually the international discourse collapses. I think it was the typical scaremongering Trump does. A lot of people seem to fall into the trap of the MSM "Trump is a stupid crybaby who will push the button" even when some people are on Trumps side.
Scarmongering or no, the removal of Section 230 would've immediately seen the extermination of both this site and any other "problematic" site like it by way of NGO-organized lawfare. And if you think the Oligarchy's tools in Big Tech would've been destroyed by 230's removal, I have a bunch of beachfront property in Arizona to sell you.

Could Null simply move the legal company out of US jurisdiction? To avoid that sort of 230 stuff? Surely there is a country somewhere that will take it. I mean KF is still online. Not due to any positive actions from the US. (Removal of Cloudflare Protection, DDOS, Media hitpieces) I don't know the particulars of which countries infrastructure the site is using right now.

That wouldn't make anything any better. Even with all the shenanigans the Oligarchy is pulling here in the US, other countries are even worse when it comes to protecting speech.

Null seems to have no understanding of the very, very basic political ploy of The Big Ask.

Ask for something well beyond what you want, so that what you actually want seems far more reasonable by comparison. Its haggling 101, ask for too much then negotiate down to the middle.

So "Repeal 230!" is the big ask,
The counter is "Do nothing with 230!"

The middle ground is either reform or merely strict enforcement. Depending which side gives ground more.

This vid keeps getting stamped hard by normiebook. If US politicians actually start drafting to send kids to Ukraine to fight this shit I feel were going to see some true irl fedposting.

Or at the very least, a whole lot of draft dodging, which will necessitate US secret police and the illusion of a good economy completely breaks.
