At one point in his stream tonight, Nick builds a strawman argument that people were "mad" at him for getting drunk at his event in Vegas. Then we get the rant about those prudes again and how they have obviously not understood him from the start and not understood that he drinks. He just doesn't understand how people could say things like that.

The part that he leaves out is that the comments were around him getting blackout drunk and bragging about his blackouts. That he can't remember anything that happened at the event or after. Its the same way he talks about going to a "place" rather than a swingers resort or a going to "a bar" rather than talking about going to a gay bar.

The stream tonight was ineffective as any sort of damage control. About all he did was probably encourage another part of his audience to go looking for the DMs he was talking about. This was covered a little while back in the thread in detail.

As far as I know, both LLC's are still in an inactive state due to Nick not doing what was necessary to maintain them. There is the Rekieta Law LLC in Minnesota. I didn't look up the status of that one tonight, but the last time someone looked it up, I think it was a process of natural termination due to neglect.

Rekieta Media LLC is in Texas. I looked up that one tonight and its still in an inactive state called "Forefited" due to the owner (Nick) not properly maintaining it. When a Texas LLC is in forfeit, its not allowed to use the Texas courts which takes away alot of the protections someone gets by creating an LLC.

I had assumed until tonight that Nick had just made a mistake and was in the process of correcting it. That the official sites were lagging in showing the corrections. It never occurred to me that Nick could just let both LLCs go inactive and not even notice. And seemingly not notice for months. Especially at a time when he is the subject of a lawsuit.

I will have to go back and look at it what he said, but it sounded like they were making multiple moves between different rooms and different hotels. They definitely mentioned staying in the same suite in the Monday show and mentioned at the time that it had two bedrooms (I had already downloaded the captions and just searched through them), though I also remember them "joking" about sharing the same bed. I think that is the Cosmopolitan penthouse suite; the website says it has two bedrooms, and I believe that was the second place they spent two nights in, but don't quote me on that.

I was more interested in figuring out what happened with the first night together and what its layout is, because that sounded more impromptu on my first listen. But that will have to wait.
