I read through the report for the IRS, and I am deeply, deeply confused by it. Bonnie is obviously trying to paint himself in a good light, but everything written combined with his participation makes it look like bullshit, unless he's planning to claim he is literally retarded.

Everything on that document that he wants to blame on Penny exclusively shows his complicity or that he was responsible. Militant? He was wandering around with a gun like the others. Raising money while not a charity? He was the CFO, and in his own documents it shows that the greatest amount of the funds, in theory, went to him for the "nonprofit". Taking out mortgages, credit cards, loans, etc. in his personal name for the tranch, and doing nothing to secure them, repay them, or even make written agreements? Well, that's poor decision making on his part. Trying to act like he has no responsibility because he left while also saying he was supposed to go back, but didn't, and doing nothing to sever finances, still owning the property, and still neglecting responsibility for the property, its use, the animals, or the "nonprofit".

If this is an attempt to make him look better, he'd better hope no one actually reads this document. Luckily, everyone directly involved is stupid, and twitter troons can't read more than 140 characters, but the IRS probably will. I just can't see how this helps him in any way, and doesn't potentially leave him open for accusations of major financial misconduct.

I'm sure you're right. Still seems like a dumb strategy to me - I'd almost wonder if Penny would have enough cunning to try accusing Bonnie of embezzlement. Showing all the financial mismanagement when one was the CFO, and theoretically in charge of the finances seems like something that could be exploited and used against Bonnie in a variety of ways - even if the IRS wouldn't pursue him. Especially if Bonnie is trying to play tough guy now.

It won't happen, but it would be funny to see the tranch crowd funding to sue Bonnie for evicting them from the wasteland after "stealing" all the money from the nonprofit. They always love to pass blame after all.

This sort of reminds me of that King of the Hill episode where Bobby finds that hippie commune and enjoys going to them because they offer him seemingly endless free food, but then the hippies coerce Bobby into "sharing back". The episode was an interesting lesson about human nature. I feel like it relates to this situation somewhat because every young adult eventually has an awakening moment after dealing with freeloaders or shitty people and realizing their parents were right, and that this is why society is run the way it is. Because there's a system of accountability to deal with certain things like this. Unfortunately it’s just the result of when some idealistic fools try to make a mutually supportive self sustaining commune, and find that most people attracted to such things are selfish lazy freeloaders.

This might not be a popular opinion but I think that Kevvie was the main culprit.
In the managing to and manipulating everything to be about him and his comfort.

Once that kind of thinking has set in and a dumb but forceful and threatening creature like Penny has been brought on side, then the rot spreads literally through the people and the property.

The other problem is that most people attracted to such a way of living are people who hate their parents so refuse to tell anyone or be told to clean up.

Even better adjusted people need a structure or at least a person to take charge to keep things together and when the closest to that is a semi functional military larper who is only interested in keeping a useless childish run of shit happy then it is just going to fall apart.

That and it was pretty clear there was substance abuse going on, Kevvie’s weed, Penny getting through Bushmills regularly.

Even if Penny was not actually a full blown alcoholic, he clearly has mental disorders and regular strong alcohol makes these things worse.

Unfortunately for Bonnie Wee Paul, it’s difficult to the point of impossible to recoup losses from such tenants when this happens and the fact that there is evidence that he was aware and involved initially really doesn’t help his case.

His only recourse now would be to try and destroy the reputation of the Terrible Trio in the online trans community.

As long as Penny’s parents are safely out of the way, I do hope that a drunken Bonnie wee Paul shows up to confront them, and it results in a bizarre shootout between drunk and high men in dresses.

What repercussions would such a history have for him?

Would he be unable to get credit? Would he be banned from certain jobs? I.E. Financial institutions, jobs requiring a clean criminal record, jobs involving providing credit to a third party?
