Later still, he and AOC rip into the flaws of Crowley’s campaign, and Roberts says, “One of these core, core issues for the Democratic establishment is that their consultants are garbage.”

Imagine my surprise, then, when I discovered that apparently, some folks on Twitter don’t approve of this match. In a now-deleted tweet, one user said, “THIS is what AOC’s boyfriend looks like?” and went on to say he looks “like a bin raccoon.”

He was a) actually funny; b) could tell jokes that didn't rely on politics; c) could tell jokes about Dems being idiots; and d) could actually say nice things about people on the other side of the aisle at times. I certainly fucking don't like either of the disgusting fucks now, but him vs Tucker Carlson was the moment of his career that I can reliably point to for people to remember that he wasn't all that different from his successors. Just because some liberals are getting pushback from the current strand of progressivism doesn't mean they are suddenly going to change their values and start voting or supporting something people like Trump represents. If the transgender issue is "defeated", they'll still be bleeding heart liberals who love their global majorities, welfare and "vote blue no matter who". This must be remembered.

People say Hitler didn't come to power in a vacuum and that is true. Modern America didn't come to us in a vacuum either. The seeds of the past plant the sprout of today which becomes the tree of tomorrow in whose shade we are all under.

Former Donald Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway and husband George Conway announced Saturday that they are “in the final stages of an amicable divorce.”

“We appreciate the many family members, friends and colleagues who know us, care for us, and support us,” the statement reads. “We remain united as parents to provide love, joy, comfort and protection to our beautiful children.”

The couple’s fraught relationship drew attention as George Conway publicly criticized the Trump administration while his wife was working for the then-president.

The couple were married for more than two decades, according to the statement.

The divorce was first reported by the New York Post.

George Conway, a lawyer who had once been considered for multiple Justice Department positions in the Trump administration, was the one who had encouraged Kellyanne Conway to take the job managing Trump’s presidential campaign when Trump was a candidate in 2016, she told CNN in an interview last year.

She went on to become the first female campaign manager to win a presidential race.

Kellyanne Conway said in the 2022 CNN interview that she and her husband had made the decision to move together with their four children to Washington to work for the Trump administration but once they got there, George Conway “changed his mind about Donald Trump somewhere along the way.”

George Conway later joined the Lincoln Project, a group founded by anti-Trump Republicans, and went on to become one of Trump’s harshest critics, which drove a very public wedge into the couple’s marriage.

“He can change his mind about Donald Trump. This is a free country. George owes no allegiance to a political party or a presidential candidate. But his vows to me, I feel, were broken because we were all in,” Kellyanne Conway said in last year’s interview with CNN discussing her memoir, “Here’s the Deal.”

George Conway wrote an op-ed in The Washington Post in 2019 in which he called Trump a “racist president” after the then-president attacked progressive Democratic congresswomen of color.

In response to previous attacks, Trump had called George Conway a “whack job,” a “stone cold LOSER” and a “husband from hell” who was jealous of his wife’s success.

In August 2020, Kellyanne Conway announced she was stepping away from her White House role and George Conway was withdrawing from his position at the Lincoln Project, both citing the need to focus on their family.

New York has the best public transportation system in the world. Her entire party could have traveled from the Bronx to the Carlyle for $2.75 per person, no transfers if she boarded at the right stop. It's only a 40 minute trip, which is a short hop for most commuters. Any representative from the five boroughs should be proud to mingle with their constituents in such a manner. From there to the MOMA is a seven minute walk. I assume they booked the car for several hours so they'd have it on call.

These are some of the cheaper element's of a man's black tie ensemble because they never go out of fashion and they're unlikely to wear out unless you are doing galas several times a week. And there's no reason to pay a designer premium because the design of Oxfords and bow ties hasn't changed in a hundred years, at least. The only hard part is finding real Oxfords, as they've started selling Derbys as Oxfords so you have to know what you're looking for. These could be got for under $150.

If not for an award, then to score an extra month of tax-free income. Most people don't realize that if you spend 1 day in a tax-free zone, you get credited for the entire month, be it the first or the last day. That shit goes a long way, especially when you're an O-10 with 43 years of service and an income of $17,675.10 per month.

She doesn't even come close divulging who tried to bribe her. She absolutely knows who they are, claims to have had phone and in person conversations with them, and insinuates knowing what organizations they are tied to. The only hint came from this paragraph.
