No child, it's not a two-stroke, it's a flex fuel. It burns both gas and oil. Patso's going green, and not because of some of the street food he invariably ate while in Mexico. Oh how I pity his toilet.
It appears Patso bought the phone in September 2020. If he had a 3 year plan, he still owes 6-7 months of payments on it. ($300-$350) Ha-ha. Moron does not realize Samsung phones are not Veblen goods. There is no status to owning one, no matter how gimmicky. And there is no way that broke ass lump bought it outright.
Does Patso know that items with lithium batteries cannot go into checked luggage? Apparently devices can be in checked luggage so long as they are powered off. However, " Damaged or recalled batteries and battery-powered devices, which are likely to create sparks or generate a dangerous evolution of heat must not be carried aboard an aircraft (e.g. carry-on or checked baggage) unless the damaged or recalled battery has been removed, or otherwise made safe. The full reg is here What do you bet that the Pests have informed the relevant authorities about it? Not that I endorse ratting him out to the Feds or anything like that, but Pests will be Pests. Who knows if the idiot damaged the battery in his phone or not.
ETA: I was wrong. having cell phones in checked luggage is permitted if the devices/batteries within are not damaged.
