After watching Part one uninterrupted by idiot fappers I believe Chris Braly talks too much. All he did was give the little dweeb president guy the language necessary to amend the TOS to ban them all. His victim mentality of pushing the discrimination of Comicsgate basically set himself up. Instead of giving Barach ammo he could have let the guy talk and hang himself. It's predictable though because given the chance these CG and adjacent guys always screw themselves for a video clip, an article, or a tweet. The single biggest attraction of D rated business indiegogo for CG is that it takes its cut and lets them steal from backers immediately the campaign ends, rather than even the sham kickstarter goes through of checking on fulfilment. Simple as that.
Are you referring to launching a new Kickstarter campaign without having fulfilled the previous one? That happens all the time. You can bypass the "checks", I imagine that's the reason companies don't launch all their KS campaigns from the same account.
For example, EVS could launch a Frog book from his personal account, then have his wife launch Brute from an All Caps Comics account, have his son launch a merch campaign from an All Caps Comics Clothing account, etc.
The main difference is the InDemand feature, it's true that that's not a thing on Kickstarter.
All "protections" on crowdfunding sites are bullshit. People run off with the money on Kickstarter all the time, but the site (undeservedly) enjoys a better reputation because it came first, grew massive and hadn't pissed off the activists until a couple of years ago.

Haven't (and probably wont) watch today's stream from the "snippy New Jersey guy in fake army camo" to see if it was brought-up and if feelings betwix the two were mended but I hope so, after all, CG can sorely afford to lose their unofficial den mother to the likes of The Legion of Memers. This may be the mirror universe FNT where the energy level is so low it collapses into a spacetime singularity of boredom, but when you're on the ropes, every threat should be taken seriously.

CG need to really self inventory, and be very worried. Nerdrotic leaves very few enemies standing and no one is allowed to be neutral. He unpersoned Doomcock, and took no damage at all, and with the viewership stable and in the hundreds of thousands EVS buying 5,000 views (and getting 10 real likes) means he's lost the war before it started. The proof of all this is the drift of defectors to FNT and other Nerdrotic brands or orbiters. Nerdrotic brings the money.
