Content creators who don't take time to distinguish between constructive criticism and haters do so at their own peril. Only listening to positive feedback is how echo-chambers are made. Ideas in said echo-chamber then become incestuous, leading to retardation and lower quality content.

You could also easily turn this image around, though: No one wants to hear content creators "hate" on the viewers or swirl around in negativity as they try to pin down why people are criticizing them. If they just focused on things of substance and kept making content they "love," it wouldn't really matter if they were good at handling criticism or not because it wouldn't come up on the show. I know this is sort of a hopeless cause for people who only love themselves though.
