It's even more bizarre because by anything like a normal standard they are wrecking the look. Even a drag queen would shave off that disturbing pube fuzz before going out in such a dress. What's the appeal? They clearly aren't trying to "pass" (thus the dress and lipstick) so what do they get from having this facial fuzz? Any normal man would just shave if this was the best he could grow.
