Killing small animals is a common trait in budding serial killers. This is perhaps an extreme comparison but she has shown that she’s un-empathetic and even sociopathic.

I don't know if that's exactly true. I mean, Canada does seem to just let anyone in, but in my experience the Commonwealth countries seem happy to let all the browns in, but if you're from another Commonwealth country they give you several hoops to jump through (well has been my experience of trying to get Australian citizenship coming from the UK.)
