Whether or not you get treatment for benzo withdrawal is entirely dependent on where you get locked up. If you go to some shithole underfunded rural county jail they are not going to have Diazepam to ween you off most likely. If you go to a more modern well funded one they probably will. There are many cases of people dying in custody in that situation and the families suing the jail.
