Yeah, he's only gotten to 550 (on 2/22 - Vegas) on Locals in the past 4 weeks. That act might be a Locals glitch bc it's such an anomaly...

BUT people WERE hungry to hear from him and, notably, he didn't go to 'subscribers only'. It's probably a real number.

Anyway, it hovers around 55 people during downtimes, sometimes as low as 13, and most of his most engaging members are rarely there (as much). Poor Cookie is there talking to herself half the time. That's a HUGE decline from, say, 4-5 months ago.

The question is: Will his cult unsubscribe? A lot of them don't have a lot of money and have found their people on Discord, etc. Maybe? I dunno.

Finally, you and I will disagree: I don't think his contract is in jeopardy. Rumble/Locals is focused on other things.

I do not think that Rubin will look the chat, be horrified, then cancel it prematurely. I simply think that when it comes up for renewal, they will do a balancing of what they spent and what they have gotten in return. Especially now that they have JPReacts, Russell Brand, Viva, Glen Greenwald, and most recently Crowder--infinitely more likeable and marketable personalities...

I believe they will just choose not to renew, ot drop the dollars. Nick is not increasing Rumble rants, his streams are stagnant in total users, his subs are pretty flat too, so he is not bringing many new people or money to the platform. Especially if the LOCALS subscription numbers drop off and it is folded under the Rumble umbrella, as has been speculated, or just simple integrated more closely.

I do not see the business sense in spending that money for what they are getting, but I am open to being wrong
