Was/is she GFE as Rye or Yuko? I don't know if I've seen any evidence of that, granted I only knew of Rye maybe a month or two before she stopped streaming. I'm also not sure what this schizo is trying to prove. While it's interesting to see the face behind the avatar there's nothing that I'm seeing that would make most to anyone get angry or laugh. She led a guy around on a leash at a con? That says more about the guy than her. This kinda just comes off as someone upset that the object of their affection is getting dicked by a man that isn't them and this is purely retaliatory.

Legit not sure about the Rye Project (edit, I always want to combine it with Phase Connect) days as quite a bit of it was wiped. The most I saw was a stream with her and Guardbro where he talked at her about being uncomfortable with the idea of dating short girls. Also kind of funny because I thought the beardias were fairly anti weeb but I digress.

The Yuko stuff definitely seems to be. She has had member streams where she is just on almost all day doing random stuff. And not in a way to necessarily be entertaining. In her Valentines stream she had the members send thirst letters to which she read aloud on stream, and then ended it with a sermon on the pros if parasocial behavior. There was also that ASMR stream which devolved into one purpose for the audience. It was gonna have a sequel until she busted her mic.

Not all of her members streams are like that, but overall it's a vibe man

From most people's memory, the official company communication happens via Slack, not Discord. The discord was set up independently from Niji management, and I don't think they have a presence on there at all. Here's an explanation that was given elsewhere:
It was initially made because Elira was chatting in DMs with ID members, and they told her it's annoying to always talk like this and it would be so much more convenient to just have one big server for everyone, iirc before last ID wave even debuted. So she made it and is an admin on it. At a time, the only communication EN had with ID was... none. Management literally refused to let them be in any places together where they could chat, and all "official" talk was always through Slack, there was never any kind of official server in discord with management on it that I am aware of. So the server was made, and EN and ID were on it, with Pomu as moderator. It was never a secret that it existed, they always openly talked about it on streams (including Halloween collab where they trolled Pomu by stripping her of mod status). It wasn't made as "ways to talk shit without management seeing it" either, it's literally because they wanted to chat with other livers in a convenient way and I've never heard anyone mentioning they even entertained an idea of having management be there

If this is true, it can be said that the server was created totally outside the purview of Nijisanji, and thus probably wouldn't fall within their contract's coverage.

Insofar as I can tell, Zaion fucked around and found out. I don't think that even one of the big time hologirls would have gotten away with that kind of behavior, and big time Zaion was not.

While I can't say im surprised, this definitely changes the narrative a bit. It's clear that she was retarded for not playing ball with the company, but getting your dox spread around as a consequence of getting fired definitely improves her image. Depending on how she plays her cards, she can get a lot of leverage out of this.

Hope for some spicy drama from it, her dumping chat logs would be exceptionally retarded but equally hilarious. Didn't watch her much in her short Niji stint but with her response being not to cave I'll give her a chance.

It may not be given that the discord was created independently by the talents and not the company. The company uses slack to communicate instead of slack, and as such, there's a good possibility that the discord isn't covered in the contract. She's also American, so she's coverd by American speech laws, so a lawsuit against her would be an uphill battle.
