The thing is, as others have said, Niji talents have done worse than the jokes she was initially suspended for. Niji aren't even consistent in the enforcement of their own rules. And half that stuff is just bullshit (claiming a Raid Shadow Legends joke is her claiming to be sponsored by them is bullshit, and everyone knows that) or done on a roommate account with no ties to her official one.
It was all a excuse to dump her, if Niji applied rules equally they would lose 90% of their talents overnight, she got shit-canned because she likely stepped on other talents toes, and those talents went to management and likely got her fired.

It's not "inconsistent" none of the other ENs have racked up her track record in an amazingly short time. Might be able to say "she did X, and other member also did X" on individual cases, but there's no EN member that did the whole list and all in her first month. That context is gonna matter and picking it apart to compare individual points in a vacuum misses that fact.

Niji have already done that to her with that bullet point list. A standard jap corpo would have to be crazy to pick her up after this, niji is effectively attempting to blacklist her, but if what she has actually puts her in a better light compared to them, then it could recover her public image, or at worse, pull a bunch of eyes on her indie account that might stick around. Considering the discord is made not by niji themselves but IIRC Elira then they wouldent have any grounds to push for a lawsuit, not that I think they would try considering their recent attempts.
