I’m honestly leaning towards the idea that it’s not even the same flat. It might be the case that Salah went back to live with his parents and was given a different unit once he found out he she was coming back. That would explain the inconsistencies, rearranged/new appliances and her feeling the need to give us another tour no one asked for. All/most of the units probably have similar layouts and standard decor.

Edit 2: Also, I could be wrong but in her recent streams, doesn’t look like the edge of couch goes past the wall anymore. She has a shelf (?) above her that wasn’t there before and I doubt Salah would take the time to put one up.
