Growing out a beard, having only male confidants as well as being in all-male prison and judging based on a few limited phone conversations with him that his voice seems to have returned to its distinctive, autistic sigh of a "woe is me", exasperated man child; it may be safe to assume that Barb's pussy is safe now.

As Praetard has hinted that many things are in the works; we may be getting a "masculine version" of Chris who is incidentally gay or bisexual.

Chris has been saying he'll be out "in a few months" for over a year now. I'm certain he has no real understanding of his legal situation and wouldn't trust anything he says about it.

I have one point of contention so far:
Chris is lazy. Very lazy. It's kind of a known trope/stereotype that fat unwashed nerds have patchy beards all the time because they're lazy too. I find it difficult to believe chris shaved every day BEFORE prison to manage the pristine double-chin skin, given his inability to do, well, basic hygiene on any other level. How would he suddenly grow a beard in the clink? Surely we would have seen him at least patchy by now, no? Or am I retarded and just missed his 5oclock shadow this whole time? Have we ever seen him with knicks even? Even if he did shave I'd imagine it'd be more obvious.

Heilburg is acting as a state-appointed public defender. I don't think Chris is smart enough to understand that once/if he's out of jail for this, Heilburg is going to charge him big boy lawyer fees for any lolsuits, assuming he would seriously work for Chris again. He also seems to have forgotten his own realization that hiring Rob Bell cost them so much that it ate Bob's inheritance.
Not that it matters. True or not, we all know the minute Chris is out he's going to go buy Legos or something, before even knowing where he's going to be sleeping that night.

This sounds like delusion/wishful thinking without basis in reality. Firstly, why would Heilberg even want to bother with Chris as a client beyond his obligations as a public defender? Secondly, Chris has a history of deep misunderstandings related to how the legal system works. What claims would he bring and against who? Maybe the Idea Guys or Isabella Janke? Even then, that seems like something that's outside of Heilberg's area of practice.

Something as simple as "a lawyer can decide what cases they want to accept" is way, way beyond Chris' reasoning skills. A legal kiwi even said somewhere that lawyers can weasel out of the obligatory pro bono work, you'd just look like a real asshole for doing so.

I don’t really believe this… but is Chris SSDI “piling up”? I’m pretty sure that gets frozen when your incarcerated. If it was going into an account I think Barbs would still be taking from it.

We don't know. It doesn't get turned off when you get incarcerated but it may have been turned off when he got sent to Western State. Guess we'll have to see when Chris gets out if he buys thousands of dollars in vidya and lego.
