It's been a few hours and no inane, unnecessary long winded rants from Gibi or SmokeyMcc so I doubt it's real /sneed

While I'm fiending for some new Chris updates (and would be thrilled about the Troon arguments about respecting pronouns be null and void) I remain skeptical

I like Tucker Carlson, and I don't think he did anything wrong, but like the day of the arrest, he has Chris' face enlarged on the screen, saying he raped his mom. I'm not saying Chris would win the case, but I could see Heilberg thinking there's a case to be made there, and deep enough pockets to make it worth trying, and Fox news might just settle out of court to avoid the circus. If Chris gets out of this without any conviction for such a charge, they might try to go for defamation, if he gets convicted, maybe they go for some kind of complaint about making it impossible for a man with a bad reputation already to get a fair trial.
I don't gamble, but if I did, I'd put 100$ down on Chris suing Tucker Carlson.

Chris winning a defamation case and getting millions would set him for life, and he could buy 14 blc to stick to everyone. But then, it would fuel his sense of entitlement/autistic ego, so I hope the case is thrown out, or in favor of Carlson/Fox News.

  • Chris has not touched his money from Praetor or the tugboat; only donations. He is planning to use this money to permanently hire Heilberg, and sue a couple people.

Assuming the group home scenario doesn't happen, because if it does then his money is going straight there. And I highly doubt Heilberg is going to accept becoming Chris's lawyer, the only reason he's even in consideration is because he's working with Chris right now.
  • The jail visit didn't happen. Praetor has apparently played a part in convincing Chris not to send letters or accept visitors.

I'm willing to believe Heilberg's role in cutting off access to the outside world as much as possible, largely to prevent people from getting to Chris. Much the way Heilberg had the case files sealed. At least he seems to understand that Chris is so highly susceptible to outside influence that it wouldn't mean anything good in the long run. Why Praetor is the sole exception in this scenario remains unclear, though.

I actually wouldn't be surprised if this is due to Chris's own personal history - after all, the soul vagina shit happened twice and you can do a lot of damage to yourself with a razor.

As stated, he's in the slammer until August for a hearing, and I have to believe they're going to err on the side of caution and send him to a group home. The potential he presents for endangering himself and especially others with his mindset is too great to allow him back into the world unsupervised and is going to get a lot of legal people in trouble if they let him go and then he ends up taking advantage of other people.

Not to mention what the fuck is he even going to do if released from jail? He has absolutely nowhere to go because it's clear at this point Barb wants nothing to do with him and they're throwing his shit out of 14BC so he's no longer welcome there.

It appears as though the hoard and Chris’s belongings are slowly being chipped away at. I counted at least 10 bags of garbage outside of the can along with an assortment of miscellaneous boxes and things, one of which was a large cardboard Transformers box and Lego box of similar size.

From what I could tell of the white trash bags, one looked to have an assortment of clothing, while the rest looked to have bright pink, purple, and blue plastics in them, typical colors of children’s toys.

The yard looks to be in better shape than previous pictures of previous years. Somebody was definitely hired to clean up and maintain the property. Any debris and leaf litter are deposited in front off the can.

Both sheds continue to degrade, with the Dreaming Studio continuing to rot away while Bob’s greenhouse has caved in further and the clear plastic panels have deformed and become opaque.

Edit to add: Fashion Square is not closing, they just appear to not be doing well, a lot of the big name businesses, like JC Penny and Belk, that take up whole wings of the mall have mostly all left, which is really bad for Fashions bottom line.

The only person I can think of being sued is portobella for recording the call. I know recording private conversations depend state to state.

But i have a feeling praetor is pocketing/ spending the money from the etsy store. Mkr mentioned that Chris was only paid like 7% from the 6k they made from his ass a while back.

As for the approved items, of course Chris would approve, he'll approve his own feces because caden has Chris on his tit.
 
Realistically, assuming the Praetor stuff is legitimate (I'm pretty torn on this, what they said seems realistic but at the same time I don't fully trust them since they're weens), there's four people I could see Chris possibly wanting to sue:

Kengle - Imo this is the person Chris would most likely want to sue. He essentially told Chris that he was going to take Sonichu away from him and continue it without his involvement. Of course this pissed Chris off immensely and since Chris actually believes he has a legitimate copyright to Sonichu, he probably thinks he has a case for suing him for plagiarizing his plagiarized characters, cuz autism and shit.
Null - He imo would be the second most likely person Chris would want to sue. Chris believes that the gofundme money for Everclear Northwest was guaranteed to go to him and I could see him using his autistic logic and thinking that Null somehow broke the law by refunding it instead of giving it to him.
Bella - Probably a bit of a longshot but Chris might think she somehow did something illegal (perhaps recording the call) and he can sue her as a result.
Betty Hoover - Another wildcard, but possible. He has wanted to sue people in the past who've disciplined him or interferred with his love quest, so who knows.

I can't imagine anyone else he would want to sue. I doubt he gives much of a shit anymore about Mary Lee Walsh, Micheal Snyder, the Greene County Schoolboard, Megan, Clyde Cash etc...

Of course with all this said, Chris isn't actually going to sue anyone. He obviously has no case against any of the people mentioned and even if he somehow found a lawyer willing to take up one of his ridiculous lawsuits, there's almost no chance that they'd do it for free. When Chris has to choose between spending money on a lawyer or spending money on lego, I think it's pretty obvious which one he'll choose. If the Praetor stuff is legit I'm just chalking this up to another one of his autistic revenge fantasies that has pretty much no chance of ever coming true.

I guess it's better that Chris was caught at the time that he did the dirty deed. Like I said before: Chris is speeding the inevitable. Even without the incest, if things progressed the way that they are, probably in the next 15 years, Barb would've died, the bank would take 14 blc/sheriff would kick Chris out, and he would be homeless and taken advantage of. Let's face it: Chris, given who he is, cannot take care of himself. Being in a group home or an adult day care is what's best for Chris, and a nightmare for Bob if he was still alive. But you have to blame his approach on parenting Chris for the way he turned out.

This is interesting. I don't think burgerboiler will be sued, you can't draw blood from rock. A cease and desist letter is not the same as getting sued but he might get one. I notice the online temple went tits up way sooner then again it was abandoned shortly after creating it.

Possibly null for the site and posting their messages but I think this holds little to no water.

My money is on bella.... if caden gives Chris all the money.

He won't even get a cease and desist, but I'm sure Chris is pissed as fuck at him and wants to make him pay for stealing his "baby" Sonichu and wants to get back at him somehow. He better watch out though, since he might get beat up by Chris in Super Smash Bros or Soul Caliber which is even worse!

I'm assuming the site went belly up since everyone saw how fucking autistic Kengle was being and trolled the shit out of it. Admittitely I didn't follow that saga since it was too autistic for my tatste, but I mean who the fuck wants to read Kengle's version of Sonichu?
