Not exactly sure how Virginia does it, but I imagine they can put a levy on his bank account if they think that it will cover it. Although he could potentially claim at least a partial exemption generally or complete exemption for hardship if Virginia allows it. But yeah if they find out that he has a decent amount of money in the bank, they can probably get paperwork for it. There is a distinct possibility that his jail savings could get at least partially swiped.
 
Side note, praetor jacked up the price of the medallions made by Chris by $10

I’m now convinced that Praetor is talking out of their ass and has lost their grip on their cash cow. Somewhere I saw a comment that “Chris is probably chained to a pipe in a Praetor’s basement being forced to make comics and medallions for Etsy.” That’s not happening but I had to draw it, because it is sort of a funny thought.

I’m surprised Praetor hasn’t made a “statement” about the release. Even though anything they say is most likely bullshit. Serves me right for being :optimistic:

Sorry if this has been discussed elsewhere, but has anyone called out Praetor discrediting the "jail interview"?

One of their main points discrediting the interview was claiming Chris had a beard due to restricted access to razors. This claim was directly contradicted two weeks later when VineLink posted his final mugshot.

Sure, Chris could have been allowed a shave before the photo was taken, but I'm doubtful the prison would've waived such a restriction just so somebody could freshen up for a mugshot.

How long does facial hair needs to grow to be a beard? A week? He does get to shave every once in a while?

Remember Chris is not with General population so has some kind of special treatment.

This is the issue with caden, he operates in the gray, half truths. He'll probably say a 5 o clock shadow is a beard. Like anything he does is licensed by Chris no matter what. He can sell crap he made and as long he doesn't say it was made by Chris, he's in the clear. For the artwork for the scenes of the play, it's debatable that he might be completely lying because it says Chris made it in the description but it looks like shit, below the honor roll standard of Chris's prior work.

We know he's taking advantage of a slow in the minds and it's messed up. But he's not financially harming Chris even though he's short changing him. Believing in the merge and feeding into his bull shit to get product from him is fucked but technically in the gray. That's why it makes him a bitch and unrustworthy. He's scum for making money off of Chris's retarded ass delusions and he's too much of a pussy to admit he's is taking advantage of him.

He was there for penological purposes (to determine fitness for trial), so he probably shouldn't have had it discontinued. He also hasn't pled to anything, the case is pending. He's on a form of probation pursuant to the Virginia "autists get out of jail free" statute, and if he doesn't fuck it up the charges get dismissed.
