Mar-11-23 - Praetor interview

Chris has been saying he'll be out "in a few months" for over a year now. I'm certain he has no real understanding of his legal situation and wouldn't trust anything he says about it.
I suspect he interprets “next continuance date” as “day I’ll explain the Judge why I did nothing wrong and the whole jury will clap”

Yer so on the “SSDI is building up and Chris is gonna sue errybuddy” narrative from Pretor.

From ssa.gov;

“Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) payments generally are not payable for months that you're imprisoned for committing a crime. This includes when you're confined to a jail, prison, or certain other public institutions.”

I don’t know if Pretor is just relaying what Chris said and nobody has told Chris yet that he’s actually not getting SSI when in jail because they don’t want him to tard rage. Or Pretor is telling tall tails again.

His art has improved quite significantly since he's been locked up (if the prison art is actually his art and not these faggot weens), so now would be the perfect time for him to make good on that...

But this is Chris we're talking about, obligations mean nothing to him.
He could really turn a new leaf if he at least tried, but the fact that he can't even uphold such a minimal obligation while he has all the free time in the world doesn't make me hopeful for his release.

Probably not on the alerts, pretty sure Null washed his hands of Chris and no longer has any access to any of his stuff including his email. However, if Barb has access I could definitely see her spending his tardbux.
When Chris had a fit when he learned that Barb threw away the Classic, he made it known to her how he felt. If/when he finds out about this, I don't doubt Chris will try and put hands on her. But it's par for the course as Chris has demonstrated that he does basically the same thing.

Please read the FAQ from Pointless Sperg as this has already been addressed multiple times. As it states in the faq he has to be convicted (not arrested) and have more than 30 days left to serve in jail after the conviction for this to happen. As of now Chris has not been convicted of anything.

If/when he finds out about this, I don't doubt Chris will try and put hands on her.
Forget the tugboat speculation, I’m recalling the horde of toys being thrown away at 14BC a few weeks ago. That’s hitting him where it hurts.

We miss our boy…

Praetor interview (full image because it's pointless as a thumbnail):

Keep in mind Praetor is a somewhat unreliable source, but the interview was in plain English instead of Praetor's usual cryptic speak, and it's still interesting. Here are the notes:

  • Praetor is selling tasers signed by Chris.
  • Chris is still in contact with Praetor, and calls twice a week. He approves all items.
  • Chris has not touched his money from Praetor or the tugboat; only donations. He is planning to use this money to permanently hire Heilberg, and sue a couple people.
  • The jail visit didn't happen. Praetor has apparently played a part in convincing Chris not to send letters or accept visitors.
  • Chris has a beard and is only allowed to shave on rare occasions.
  • Chris has been writing a lot, and will apparently be out in a few months.
  • Chris no longer strictly identifies as female. He's bigender.
I want to believe this is all true.
Well, the taser thing looks legit but looks can be deceiving. Everything else looks off, especially point 6.

Most of this feels like it's *probably* true enough to be close to what we can expect soon. Hard to know exactly what's going on but I imagine Heidelberg has constantly told Chris, "A few months after you do [XXXXX], you'll be able to get [YYYY]" to wrangle our tard. 2.5 years in jail is well over the Misdemeanor maximum sentence for Incest or even the Class 5 Felony without a conviction even with the Autism Deferment thingy. A conviction would show up on his Virginia record by now, even with sealed court records. The State can't hold him much longer without constitutional/humanitarian interest groups getting involved.

I'm going to sound like a schizophrenic person, but somehow i just have this hunch.
The emails mention sue "choice people" and "plans far stranger than anyone could guess".

I think he's going to sue Tucker Carlson.

Think about it. Who else is Heilberg going to sue to where the end result is worth the cost and litigation?
  1. Null? Null doesn't have enough money to make it worth the high risk of losing the case
  2. Bella? Bella's Dad is rich, but Bella herself probably doesn't have a high net worth, and her dad can hire better lawyers than Chris can.
  3. Ethan Ralph for getting the footage of him being arrested? Don't make me laugh
  4. Surf shack tito or clyde cash? Same as ralph
I like Tucker Carlson, and I don't think he did anything wrong, but like the day of the arrest, he has Chris' face enlarged on the screen, saying he raped his mom. I'm not saying Chris would win the case, but I could see Heilberg thinking there's a case to be made there, and deep enough pockets to make it worth trying, and Fox news might just settle out of court to avoid the circus. If Chris gets out of this without any conviction for such a charge, they might try to go for defamation, if he gets convicted, maybe they go for some kind of complaint about making it impossible for a man with a bad reputation already to get a fair trial.
I don't gamble, but if I did, I'd put 100$ down on Chris suing Tucker Carlson.

I don't think Chris can tell his checks are piling up, it's not like they give him a computer in jail, and if he knew the card information to input as a payment method at the commissary he'd be eating away his money at the beginning of every month.

I think Chris hasn't touched SSDI or Etsy because he can't, so he assumes his $1300 a month has accumulated into $23,400 (more than enough to pay a $5000 retainer several times over) but will be shocked when gets out and finds $0.00 in the bank.

As has been pointed out, the checks probably got turned off after 30 days, even if they shouldn't've. Chris can sue for back payments (at least until Western State) but probably doesn't know how to do that and will just storm into the SS office loudly demanding his money like a wannabe gangster until security tackles him
